Best mailing service in Everett, Washington (WA) 2024

I had a laptop being delivered for a new job, but I was away for a wedding when it was set to be shipped. I set a hold on my delivery then tried to re-route it to a different holding center. The shipping notifications updated saying the package would be late since shipping shuts down on weekends. I made it back on a Friday and went to the Hardeson Rd ship center to try to intercept the package, but because I had set the package to be re-routed, I created an awkward situation where the employees were not sure where the package was. I let them know my situation and Laura at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding. She was able to get a message to the warehouse workers letting them know to keep an eye out for my package and told me she would contact me if they were able to find it. I received a call and was able to pick it up the next day. Just wanted to leave a huge "THANK YOU!!!" to Laura and the other employees at this location. You do an awesome job and deserve a highlight! ~Colin
