I went in today to drop off some clothes and Kayla was so friendly and prompt I wanted to share the experience. Back in July I had gone into the Plato's Closet on Sawmill and unfortunately had a not so great experience with the staff (the employees working seemed irritated by doing their job of helping customers). Trying out the one on Bethel today made all the difference. Kayla was so warm and welcoming and eager to be of assistance, I really truly appreciated her help!

I had a decent experience, the women were nice but had so much stuff to process. I went to grove city instead but I liked the staff at this location better!

I have brought many brand new items from brands that they state are their most popular brands and am told it is a pass every time. Today I was told that my items were "too worn" and there were brand new never worn swimsuits and several dresses only worn once. Do not recommend selling here or giving them money through purchasing here.

Wouldn’t recommend selling to this location (or any Plato’s, to be honest). Not their fault (clearly dealing with staffing issues) but they take at least three days to review your stuff. Then they pass on most of it and offer you fractions of a cent on the dollar for your goods. I think Poshmark and Mercari are rapidly out-competing the Plato’s of the world.

I was moseying along that Bethel Roads there, few years back. Came across this fine establishment to pick me up some new boots and work jeans. Mines was all torn up by the time I got there, and feller by the name’a Beau told me at the counter that they ain’t got no more work boots or jeans. I was darn livid then, you know. But they hads a nice big yella’ gangster coat hanging there in one of the aisles. I been wearin’ that jacket all around the towns for the peoples to see for years now. Thanks, Mr. Plato sir. Mighty fine business you run indeed.

Customer service was great. Got a lot of shirts, some pants and a couple pair of shoes for $110 for name brand is super cheap. Really clean store.

Go to the Dublin location! Struggled to get in the store with two baskets and a baby. No one offered to stop and hold the door or help with the baskets. The guy working the counter just kept his head down and pretended I didn't exist. Woman offered to help upon existing, but instead helped another customer. Awful! With a capital AW-FUL! Dublin location they welcomed and offered help and we're super efficient in sorting through the clothes. We joked and laughed while checking out. They were an awesome team.

Doing moving sale in a big hurry. I brought 4 containers in and I’m sure they didn’t even look at it and they bought nothing from me. I was really shocked cuz half of the stuff are new and a lot of stuff I actually bought from them. So I brought everything to the Platos closet in Dublin and they bought half of my clothes. A BIG waste of time at this location! And they also lost my a pair of shoes. I’m really disappointed

So I decided to do a scientific experiment to see how lazy and deceiving buy back workers really are and it worked! If you are trying to make any thing decent back from clothes you have paid $100 of dollars for do not waste your time coming here .. I took tags off of clothes that were never worn to see what they would mark it as and like always they marked it as if it wasn’t clean or if it was too worn when it was neither .. it just amazes me how tasteless and worn the clothes that they have in there store is but they won’t buy better product or newer product and if they do you get about $3 for it .
