5 Best mens clothing store in Columbus, Ohio (OH) 2024

I live close by but have never been in. Didn't know what to expect. Not a regular retail store. More like a salvation army store. At least the way it is set up. Found a pair of dress pants for an interview for a good price. Had a rip in them but it was able to be sewn. The people that work there there were okay. Not rude but not exactly customer friendly either. I will probably stop in again when I have more time. ~Debbi

The employee helping us “couldn’t find” any of the shoes we wanted in the back. They couldn’t even find the match to the display in which there were at least 5 of the same display shoe in the back in my size. Meanwhile, they could easily find the lady’s shoes that she needed help finding in the same brand and color that we were looking at and continued to help her find what she needed easily even though we approached the employee 15 minutes before the other lady showed up. We also asked if they could find someone else to help us find the match to the display shoe, they said there was no one that could help us and we had to walk out without purchasing anything. ~Alexandrea

They messed up my purchase twice and then refused to process either return. The first item I ordered online, they sent me something completely different than what I ordered. It wasn’t even the same type of garment. I tried to return to the store, they said they can’t process online returns so that was a wasted trip. Processed the return online/mail, they said I would have the replacement in two days (I needed it for a family picture) but it did not arrive in time. $200 in and hours of my life later and it’s still not fixed. Called CS, still no help. Was outside 30 day window (was at about 45 days) but since the situation was their creation I figured they’d fix it. I used to shop here all the time, never will again due to terrible quality and horrible service. ~Sarah

I went in today to drop off some clothes and Kayla was so friendly and prompt I wanted to share the experience. Back in July I had gone into the Plato's Closet on Sawmill and unfortunately had a not so great experience with the staff (the employees working seemed irritated by doing their job of helping customers). Trying out the one on Bethel today made all the difference. Kayla was so warm and welcoming and eager to be of assistance, I really truly appreciated her help! ~kenzie
