Best thrift store in Columbus, Ohio (OH) 2024

Was treated horribly by assistant manager named Charles. Had a very simple concern about a light jacket I went to purchase out of a $4.69 section as pictured. There were about a dozen of them all grouped into the long sleeve section as you can see, in sizes medium and XL. At the cashier I was told it would be $6.99. I bought it anyway, as the price isn't bad for something I liked. When my wife went to ask about the price discrepancy afterwards, a man who said he was an assistant manager named Charles constantly interrupted her, spoke condescendingly to her by telling her to use "common sense." Then ignored her completely as if she didn't matter as a person, to speak to me, only to tell me some nonsense about the signs, which if he were listening to our concern, was the problem to begin with. A simple sorry for the inconvenience, putting up a sign with an accurate price or a small discount would have all been appropriate solutions to the issue raised. But instead we got disrespected . Charles shouldn't be working in any customer service position. ~Jonathon

In the neighborhood I was in, I expected a little lower prices. They have a lot of new stuff, and it was priced according. Very nice, very new, but prices were high! ~Chris

They get new inventory weekly. Trendy furniture finds at unbelievable prices. It's worth checking daily if your nearby or at least weekly. They open at 9am and close at 6. Cloths are $2 abs most bedding and house accessories are priced reasonably. ~I

I went in today to drop off some clothes and Kayla was so friendly and prompt I wanted to share the experience. Back in July I had gone into the Plato's Closet on Sawmill and unfortunately had a not so great experience with the staff (the employees working seemed irritated by doing their job of helping customers). Trying out the one on Bethel today made all the difference. Kayla was so warm and welcoming and eager to be of assistance, I really truly appreciated her help! ~kenzie
