They messed up my purchase twice and then refused to process either return. The first item I ordered online, they sent me something completely different than what I ordered. It wasn’t even the same type of garment. I tried to return to the store, they said they can’t process online returns so that was a wasted trip. Processed the return online/mail, they said I would have the replacement in two days (I needed it for a family picture) but it did not arrive in time. $200 in and hours of my life later and it’s still not fixed. Called CS, still no help. Was outside 30 day window (was at about 45 days) but since the situation was their creation I figured they’d fix it. I used to shop here all the time, never will again due to terrible quality and horrible service.

Terrible, terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I were shopping for a pair of suit pants for him yesterday evening 8/17/22 at 7:30pm(ish). After stopping at several stores, we ended up at BR at Easton. We were there for about a min before a short, small, older blond(ish) lady approached us after I grabbed a pair of pants off a shelf. She asked if she could get us anything and I said no, we were just glancing. She continued to tell us that she could get us something if we needed it and that we shouldn’t be touching anything. We were so confused, since I had never been in BR before, I asked her if that was policy or if we were allowed to shop around. She took the pants and continued to stand in front of us as if she wanted us to leave. We left. We will never be going back to BR. It was certainly a pretty woman moment (Julia Robert’s going into the store on Rodeo Drive). She was so rude and inconsiderate. I’m not quite sure what we did to deserve that kind of treatment but for sure NEVER going back.

The employees here will drive you NUTS!! Every 10 seconds I kept hearing the same, “Do you need help?”. I spent 5 minutes in the changing room and had two different employees ask me if everything's okay. They blamed it on the store being “slow”. If you want a relaxing/peaceful shopping experience, avoid this place. I will never go back to this location.

BR seems like they are getting back into the game. Loved the fabrics and cuts and a return to classic cuts and colors. This store was thoughtfully laid out and customer care was friendly and helpful. We left the store asking ourselves where this BR experience has been for the past few years.

Have been a fan or Banana Republic clothes for a very long time. Especially their polo shirts, chino pants and socks. The Easton location always offers good service and the stores is very clean and well organized.

The staff is very friendly. I was approached by three different staff members while browsing to see if they could help. All were polite and not pushy, just checking in. One of them also offered to start me a fitting room so I wouldn’t have to carry my selections around while looking at other items. As an added bonus - I usually find a good bargain every time I come to this store and this visit was no exception. They generally have a nice selection of sale items and frequently run additional % off sale promotions.

Went in to get a shirt for my bro’s wedding. The minute I walked in, I was told about a sale that was 10% off one item, 20% off 2, and 30% off 3. So I was advised by the store associate to buy 2 pairs of socks to get 30% off my expensive shirt (this making the socks free). Sounded great right? Well, I was in a rush and didn’t think about the price. Realized when I got home that there was NO sale on anything ! Totally swindled! Went back to return the socks and they had nothing to say about the total BS lie I was pitched. Lame.

Above-average customer service for a Banana Republic. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Otherwise, it's a standard BR: the in-store experience really varies depending on whatever sales are going on or not and what their designers are experimenting with beyond the staples that they are usually good with, no matter what.

Walked in, two employees standing by the register chatting. They didn't acknowledge us, no big deal, we're browsing. Third employee is hanging clothes right next to us, again no greeting, offer of help. As we continue to roam no one approached us. My daughter worked for Banana before college and said she would have gotten reamed for ignoring customers like this. Walked out, thanking them as we left. Where is your customer service?
