I didn’t get she/her name - It was the one with purple hair that told me to leave very aggressively. Maybe the mask, but it scared the living lights out of me. I just wanted one of their Chucky dolls. ~Nicola

The employee helping us “couldn’t find” any of the shoes we wanted in the back. They couldn’t even find the match to the display in which there were at least 5 of the same display shoe in the back in my size. Meanwhile, they could easily find the lady’s shoes that she needed help finding in the same brand and color that we were looking at and continued to help her find what she needed easily even though we approached the employee 15 minutes before the other lady showed up. We also asked if they could find someone else to help us find the match to the display shoe, they said there was no one that could help us and we had to walk out without purchasing anything. ~Alexandrea
