Best mattress store in Spokane, Washington (WA) 2024

Over the past week I visited this particular location twice and had amazing experiences both times. The first time, I helped a friend look for a mattress and was assisted by Chris. Chris was very punctual, informative, and customer-service friendly. Chris made the experience highly enjoyable which prompted me to return a few days later with my girlfriend. We ended up going through the financing option and purchased an amazing mattress for a great deal. Hunter was the associate helping the second time. Hunter is someone who is truthful, caring, and simple. Hunter made the experience and process smooth as can be! Thanks for having amazing associates. We bought our mattress in 2018 with a split adjustable base. The base discontinue and ours was out of pairing did not work. I scoured YouTube and could not find a resolution that worked. We stopped in to division Denver mattress and our mattress is fixed in a day. Derek was the guy with the know how on how we could fix it on our own. I am disabled was unable to go down in person but Jennifer, the salesperson that answered the phone, was so kind and helpful. She has a great disposition and is very enjoyable to work with. She is aware of her inventory and was able to find me the best product for my needs and did so really quickly. Also got lucky they had my item in the warehouse already so I get it delivered in two days I stead of weeks or months like some places I won't mention....
