My favorite 711 in all of Seattle

So it says they are open 24hrs online. The sign on the door say open until till midnight (12:00am)but when you get there before 11:30 and the door is chained from the inside. This is not the first time that the store has closed early. I work late shift at my job an this place is right around the corner from where I live so it's very convenient for me to stop either on the way to work or after. But it's only convenient if they where open the hours that are posted. This place closes whenever they feel like closing. As I'm writing this reveiw 6 or 7 other people came to purchase something. So if it's after 10pm go somewhere you'll have a better chance of being able to but what you want/needed

Couldn't find what I was looking for and left. The worker was yelling because I didn't purchase anything. Love 7-11 in general but NOT this place.

Terrible. No lids for any size cup. I asked for one and the employee was rude and when she got me one she smashed her hand into my drink. Spilling it. I asked for some napkins to clean up and she gave me a single paper napkin. I left everything there and will not be back.

This is one of those franchisee stores that seem to hate themselves. Rude employees that get annoyed that you are interrupting personal phone calls wanting to pay for items. They seem to go out of their way to not honor corporate promotions.

The store hours arent updated, evidently they close @12a.m. not a 24 hour location. It was a inconvenience to drive 3.8 miles here to be turned away. Whomever owns this store should update their store homes and save folks time and money. Im here @12:22a.m.

Was getting some condiments and was yelled at by the employees (who was otherwise doing okay) to stop taking them. I had taken 1 scoop of 2 items and anymore was unacceptable to the staff. If that’s the status quo then I’m a no go for 7-11 anymore

Bad attitude! Have been to this 711 several times, some workers are friendly and nice but others are just so rude and do not know how to properly communicate with others. They seem to not know what is the word friendly, they just say what they want in the way they want. Sometimes it takes them so long to check out even when there is rarely no one in the store, that didn't bother me too much. This time I really gotta give them a 0/5, their attitude was so bad. Makes me not wanna go to this store any more.

I came to this store on Feb. 18th at around 1am for some snacks with my target bags and some stuffs inside. Everything had been fine as usual until checking out. The cashier asked me to see inside my bag. Now see, I really understand his reason that I could steal something easily, but really I believed I do have the right to refuse his order. What if there is the things I didn’t want anyone to see. Basically, that was my privacy. There were no policy, all were his own speakings and reasons. I did ask hik for where his customers could see what he’s saying, but he were not able to show me. I felt really uncomfortable and unrespected because of his behaviours either the way 7-Eleven runs their store. I hope to see a clear, and reachable policy when I come into any 7-Elevem stores next times.

Most of the time the service is amazing and I'm in and out in 5 minutes. But today I was waiting in line and got skipped muliple times. And took me 15 minutes to pay for my food. When I only have 30 minute lunch.. Very disappointed with the staff on 02/07/18!!
