I’m adding a star to my last review. I come here often for shopping and prescriptions. Convenience to where I live is the only reason. I do recommend the drive through pharmacy. Staff here have a very hard job, it’s always busy and chaotic. But I also think that’s a corporate management choice, and my review is not a personal critique of individual staff. Pharmacists often seem to not be able to access basic information on their own database, or follow basics of respectful conversation. I don’t know if Walgreens is making so much money they don’t care and can always find staff, or if staff here happen to be new or stressed, or whatever. So I give them 2 stars for doing the basics. I would not go out of my way to come to this particular Walgreens.

I rated it five stars since its location is convenient and accessible to both drive-through and walk-in. The staff is supportive and friendly to all customers. All products are stocked and maintained well. I went in to get a flu shot but was turned away because I did not have an appointment. Lesson learned: Always schedule an appointment time or give them a call to ask. Again, I highly recommend this store to anyone

These pharmacists must be so overwhelmed and understaffed . People are on edge and rushed and impatient and the pharmacists are staying calm , polite and dealing with all the craziness. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Awful. If your looking to pickup your refills- do it ANYWHERE else. Whether its them locking up at 5:45 or the pharmacist excusing himself for two hours at a time, they will make you wait. & wait, & wait some more. Not only are they consistently “short-staffed” but the employees could not be more rude or just plain apathetic. I work service, so it pains me to write this, but honestly this Walgreens Pharmacy has let me down five months in a row. Definitely switching to ANYWHERE ELSE, highly recommend you do the same. Btw, they will use your outdated insurance without telling you, costing even more $$ and frustration. *you have been warned*

Booked a covid vaccine appointment online and drove 30 minutes to this pharmacy only to find out the store was closed but the drive through pharmacy was open. When I booked the appointment online there was absolutely nothing indicating the store was closed, I can still book a vaccine appointment online right now at this store. I went through the drive through pharmacy and told them they should update their bookings to show they are closed and they said they can’t and it’s controlled by corporate, however if they actually did their jobs they could contact corporate and have them update the bookings for them in that case. I wasted over an hour of my day driving to this store and back.

I use this Walgreens because it is very convenient. I fill all my prescriptions here. Many of the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the pharmacy is chaotic. Today, I again encountered this chaos. I scheduled a vaccination on-line. I filled in all the forms and provided my insurance information. When I arrived at the appointment, the pharmacy had me on the schedule but did not have any of the information I provided on line. Mistakes happen. A sincere apology would have been appropriate. When it was not forthcoming, I prompted the staff person. She responded to the prompt and apologized. But the encounter is not over. After my vaccination, I purchased a few items. I receive digital receipts. This is a bad idea. When I came home and looked at the email of the receipt, I saw I was overcharged. Instead of receiving the advertised sale price, I was charged the full price. So, two lessons. First, do not assume that the pharmacy will have access to any information provided on line. Second, ask for a printed receipt and check it.

Scheduled a flu shot. Got there 10 minutes early. Waiting in line till 10 minutes after my scheduled time. When I finally talked to someone, she said: "You'll have to wait 15 minutes." When I said I had an appointment, she said: "You're lucky, it was an hour late yesterday." A very compelling rebuttal! (And I took the 15 minutes with a grain of salt). If they don't have staff to do flu or COVID vaccinations, I got it; then don't make them available with a website. If it's "first come, first serve," also fine. I ended up going to the Polyclinic which was both faster and far more civil.

Not sure why I even tried their photo department. Ordered 2 prints two days ago. Went in to pick it up when I got the email saying it was finished. They hadn’t even started it and said it would take an hour. No problem, we agreed I would pick it up the next day. The next day I go in and they are searching everywhere for the prints (very messy and unorganized). They found them in the footwell of the printer, just sitting having fallen from the printer. Scratches. No care at all. Would take another day to finish. Ill give them credit: I asked for a refund and should be getting one. Wouldn’t be surprised if they messed that up too though.

Was turned away for COVID-19 Vaccination because of their lunch hour approach. Thanks a lot! You should post your signs so people don't waste their time. Should I have any reactions, highly unlikely the pharmacist would be able to do anything except monitor the situation. Terrible.
