It's a nice enough store but they are missing big swathes of selection. You expect to be able to walk into any drug store and get extra strength Tylenol and Afrin and they didn't have either (????) the last time I visited.

The pharmacy's automation with Pay and Go cost me about 20 minutes. Wish this wasn't my only option for a local pharmacy.

I've been a customer for 25 years. When Rite Aid took over 6 months ago things went sharply downhill. I figured they would become fully functioning again within a month or so, but no, it remains an awful experience all around. Hard to believe they have any customers left. I called in a prescription that was on auto-refill, they never filled it. Two days later I went to pick it up, a day after the recording said it would be ready. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I learned that the order still had not been filled and I was told to wait a few minutes, the same thing two other people ahead of me were told. I waited another 30 minutes and watched the sad scene of elderly, not entirely mobile folks trying to get their medications, before deciding to leave and transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

It was way better before Rite-Aid took over. Now certain items are, presumably, gone forever. Even prior to the shortages of goods across the world, Rite-Aid Bartell Drugs ran out of regularly stocked items. Rite-Aid also jacked up all the prices before the ink dried on the buy-out contract. When it was Bartell Drugs, it was great. Rite-Aid ruined it.

This pharmacy was once reliable but those days are long past now. Time to find a new pharmacy. Prescriptions don't get filled in a timely manner and problems with refills are not communicated. It's up to the customer to nudge this pharmacy through every step.

They used to be the best. Since the buy out, service has been terrible. They did not call Doc for heart med refills over a two week timeframe I ended up going to Doc to get new scripts Other meds were like pulling teeth with repeat visits and long waits. I was devoted to them but after 3 months I have given up I will take my new scripts to Safeway Goodbye to the wonderful original Bartells .

The pharmacy is slow, they've had 2 days to fill my prescription but when my wife went to pick it up it wasn't ready. This would be a thing I would shrug off but it happens constantly and two days should be more than enough time.

The pharmacy must be short staffed, because my prescription is never ready when they say it will be. When they notify that it's ready, I come in and they say, "Oh, it will be ready in 30 minutes". And even then - sometimes it takes another 30 - 60 minutes! Or if they say, "come back tomorrow", you show up the next day and it's the same song and dance. Whoever is managing the pharmacy is doing a terrible job.

Bartells was great until it was bought buy Rite Aid. This was the third time we’ve been in to pickup a prescription and it was not ready. This time I had to wait 20 minutes to get to the front, only to be told to come back later. The man in front of me WS back for the second time, and now has to come back for a third.
