Never answers telephone. Attempted to refill prescription, and automated line forwarded me to pharmacist. On hold for one hour - no one picked up. I've also been in pharmacy waiting for a prescription to be prepared and observed no one tends the phones. Very understaffed pharmacy. I will not be returning.

I have always loved Walgreens and the staff were awesome. NOW, I can't ever get the pharmacy on the phone! Waited 42 min on hold today, and 30 min yesterday. My call was NEVER picked up. Even calling the mgr I was on hold for 9 min. Another employee (who was very kind and understanding, Kayla) informed me the mgr (Kyle) was really busy. She took down my name and number for him to call me back. I'm not optimistic and will have to find another pharmacy for my prescriptions...😔

Please educate your staff on news releases. Had to wait for 10 minutes in drive thru because pharmacists were trying to refuse me services announced nationally over 2 years ago. I'm sick and just wanted a bottle of DayQuil. I would give zero stars if possible. If you take an IMOORTANT MEDICATION THAT YOU MUST HAVE, DONT GO HERE! They simply won't fill things if they're understaffed, and they won't notify u if that is the case. Often they are just closed because of staffing. This setiously puts people lives in danger.

I had an appointment for 1pm for a flu shot. I arrive 10 minutes early and waited in line for 40 minutes. When I got to the pharmacy counter I told the woman about my scheduled appointment. She went and got whoever was administering vaccines that day. That women who I assume was the pharmacist told me “I’m not skipping my lunch” and refused to give me my flu shot even though they were the ones running behind. I completely understand being busy but to not follow through and waste my time was frustrating. When I voiced my frustration over having a 1pm appointment and not being seen the lady simply shrugged and reiterated that she was not missing her lunch and I was told to come back after 230. I took time out of my day to honor my appointment, it would be nice if they did the same. Highly unprofessional.

I’ve used this pharmacy for years, but recently it seems there’s been a downturn. I feel for the pharmacy staff because they clearly do not have enough staff to meet the demands of the community. I can never get anyone on the phone, and in person you can tell there’s only 2 people behind the counter trying to do the job of 5. Plus, this pharmacy has been known to close mid week due to staffing issues. I’m sorry to see that it’s come to what it is. I do hope they get the help they need.

Horrible customer service. After having my prescription called in on Wednesday morning I was told it would it would be ready Thursday afternoon, when I showed up Thursday I was told it would be ready Friday, when I showed up on Friday I was informed it wasn't ready and I couldn't be given a time frame. This was a Script for insulin among other. I die without it. So please go elsewhere if you have to actually get your prescription within a month or so. Never coming back to this Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy I've ever worked with. Extremely long wait times regardless of time of day. If you call, you'll be on hold for 30 minutes if you're lucky. And if you need a simple prescription refilled, they'll give you the wrong information and take hours to call your doctor. AVOID THIS PHARMACY

Another miserable pharmacy by Walgreen's inflicted on West Seattle; the usual Walgreen's cocktail of under-staffed, under-managed, under-stocked; with a special heaping of filth and indifference. The pharmacy is staffed by someone working far too hard to do a good job and struggling with English. Phone wait times are ridiculously long, no one answers the phone; prescriptions seem to disappear; the place is chaotic. The store is full of empty shelves, disorganized, and dirty. The staff is sullen and seem to avoid making eye contact. The lady at the register is apologetic and has no help. The lot is not as dangerous as the Walgreen's at 35th and Morgan (ie this one does not seem to be an open air drug market); but it is sketchy and trashy.

Never go here. As others have said it's understaffed and dirty. I made an online appointment for vaccines and when I showed up I found out the store doesn't even offer those vaccines.why offer (and advertise) appointments for something you don't sell?
