27 Jun I ordered a $900 plus Bandsaw. I recieved an email stating it would arrive between 12-15 July, Then I got and email on the 3rd July stating it will arrive at the Yakima Store by the 11 July. then on the 8th of July I got email stating the item was delivered at the store at 9:49 am. and to wait fror pick up email. On the 9th I called to find out how long until I could expect the pick up email, I was told the item will not be here until the 14 July and was hung up on. I called back talked with a supervisor he looked and told me my order is in and that he would see why it is not being processed from recieveing and would call me back. I was not called back. It is now Tuesday the 12 and I still have not recieved a cal or a email to pick up. So I call the store again and was told the order was recieved now on the 9th and was put on hold, after 40 minutes on hold I hung up. As soon as I get this Bandsaw I will return it and as far as doing business with Home Depot in the future that is a no and I will let anyone that plans to shop Home Depot know of this and discourage them from supporting and business with Home Depot.

This place is a joke. Ordered a rug and waited a few days after the expected delivery date to go into the store, stood in customer service line for a good 30 minutes before anyone even made eye contact with me as I was standing there. There were 4 people behind the counter. They told me that my rug was most likely there but they would need to go in the back and find it so I needed to come back in 3 days!! It has now been a week and a half and still no rug. I’ve been on hold on the phone for 20 minutes now as I’m writing this.

I ordered a pallet of bricks (took half an hour) and then hand loaded half the pallet 2 days ago. A quality employee offered to help me then. Today I went to get the remainder from will call. The store isles are crowded with product. Cashiers were few and far between. They said they were loading a big order and it would be a bit. After sitting in loading for 40 minutes I asked WTH. The friendly manager checked on status and said a bit more. 1 hr in the sun now, I asked for a pair of gloves if they wouldn't take 2 minutes to drive the forklift over. They loaned the gloves but didn't offer to help load. Pulling up to the will call order, I see the forklifts 30 seconds away buzzing around a commercial order. Did they offer to load? No. 20 minutes later I get loaded up and spent another 10 going in for a pallet fee refund for a pallet I never got to use. NEVER AGAIN HOME DEPOT. GO TO LOWE'S. They're easier access, cleaner store, better stocked, nicer and more knowledgeable staff, and competitively priced. The $10 in savings was NOT worth it!

Difficult to get help. Asked multiple times. There needs to be a customer service button in the back. I feel bad for people with pain issues who can’t stand and wait for long periods. More than 13 cameras and no one is watching them? It was clear help was needed. I wonder if I might have gotten help faster if started stuffing things in my pockets. Watched several employees pass, look at keep walking. Do better, please? 30 minutes to wait for something that can’t be purchased for pick up.

I am standing in the rerun lane. One person working and seven people waiting. She never called for help. After 10 min. Another person finally showed up but one customer was taking a lot of time so two extra employees were needed.

I bought a Honda lawnmower and needed help getting the large box into my car. I waited at least 20 minutes and after asking two times for assistance. The person who helped me get the mower on to a cart saw me as she was bringing an item up to the check out. She asked if I had asked for help, She took it upon herself to assist me out to my car, letting my 10 year old grandson steer the cart to my car and having him help her load it into my car. Not only did she help me, she boosted my grandson’s confidence to assist in lifting a large box into my car. It also gave him the confidence to help me get it out of my car once we got home. It was a good day!

Terrible customer service. I will no longer be wasting my time or money at Home Depot. An online order was not “ready for pickup”, and I wasted an hour waiting for them to find it. I was ignored at the curbside service. This is not the first occurrence.

No one could help us find anything we needed. There were no carts available which surprised me when I was actually in the store because it seemed like no one had one. In other Home Depot locations when I've asked for help they take me to the area I need and if it's not their are they find someone in the correct department to help me. But fall!! Won't be going back there.

The employees were very helpful. Took the time to look up different types of the product I was looking for got the order numbers for me so I can go to customer service. When I got to customer service the lady there helped me also order a flagpole for my father who was turning 90 years old very helpful employees down to earth and great personalities. Thank You home Depot set the bar high!
