Best lighting store in Yakima, Washington (WA) 2024

I ordered a pallet of bricks (took half an hour) and then hand loaded half the pallet 2 days ago. A quality employee offered to help me then. Today I went to get the remainder from will call. The store isles are crowded with product. Cashiers were few and far between. They said they were loading a big order and it would be a bit. After sitting in loading for 40 minutes I asked WTH. The friendly manager checked on status and said a bit more. 1 hr in the sun now, I asked for a pair of gloves if they wouldn't take 2 minutes to drive the forklift over. They loaned the gloves but didn't offer to help load. Pulling up to the will call order, I see the forklifts 30 seconds away buzzing around a commercial order. Did they offer to load? No. 20 minutes later I get loaded up and spent another 10 going in for a pallet fee refund for a pallet I never got to use. NEVER AGAIN HOME DEPOT. GO TO LOWE'S. They're easier access, cleaner store, better stocked, nicer and more knowledgeable staff, and competitively priced. The $10 in savings was NOT worth it! ~Another
