I hate, HATE mattress shopping. I primarily have used Mattress Firm in general, but drag it out til my mattress is shot and I am in excruciating pain. Visiting Peoria Square was a dream. My associate Winter was amazing. He took the time to listen to what I wanted (they didn't have the mattress in store), gave me a few options, then a few more when I wasn't happy with the picks. Zero pressure. Fell in love with one of his other picks and purchased a Nectar bed in a box. I cannot wait! Thank you Winter, you are the BOMB and deserve a huge raise, and that hybrid you want!

Patsy did a phenomenal job helping me find what would work best for my back pain. She took the time to explain what I needed to know and I left much more informed of my sleep scenario. Can't say enough that if you need help making a choice this is the best place you can go!

This evening, I called Mattress FIRM in Glendale, Arizona to ask the salesperson a few questions about a new mattress and how to know which one is the best for the individual. Over the phone, I was surprised at the knowledge Patsy Kennedy had. She exhibited such professionalism and courtesy over the call that I jumped in the car and headed to the store. Once inside, Patsy Kennedy presented me with data that demonstrated how seriously she took this decision. She did not push one mattress or one label over all the others; instead, she made it clear to me that selecting a new mattress is a highly personal choice, and that only I could know what felt good and was best for me. Throughout the process, including many excellent questions, Patsy handled me as if I were family. I took my time, tried 10 or 15 mattresses, and then made a decision. I had to write to you both in order to underscore the pure excellence that described the help I was given today. Personally, my standards are very high, and I must say that Patsy exceeded them. Thank you for hiring such amazing people. I cannot wait to tell my friends about Mattress FIRM and about Patsy Kennedy.

My husband and I went to mattress firm open minded. Upon arrival we were greeted by Patsy. Such a sweet gal! Very informative and such a great help in selecting a mattress that would fit our needs. Although she was working solo this particular day she was so helpful and respectful to all of us guests. Thank you Patsy!

Had an excellent shopping experience. Purchased a big girl bed for my niece and had no idea what to get for a toddler. Staff was so friendly and went over and beyond to answer our questions and meet our needs. Not to mention how very informative they are about their products. Patsy was an amazing person to work with while searching for a new mattress. She was able to show us plenty of options as to what we were looking for as well as be knowledgeable on said products. I recently purchased a mattress at the Scottsdale AZ home show. NEVER AGAIN. Didn't receive what I ordered and when I questioned it the sales person texted me clearly deceptive information. Went into a store to exchange. I visited the store in Glendale and met with Patsy Kennedy. SHE WAS WONDERFUL!!!! She patiently listened to my minor 'Karen' complaints. She quickly and with such kindness and professionalism... exchanged for a mattress that I wanted. In the end, I give this 5 star review solely and completely to Patsy.
