Best bedroom furniture store in Glendale, Arizona (AZ) 2024

Waiting for the labor day weekend deals was worth the wait. I went into my local store in Glendale, Arizona and was assisted by Brad. Brad was patient, helpful, honest and knowledgeable so I knew I was in good hands. I had done my homework prior to entering the store and Brad took the time to go through every mattress and base that I was interested in and helped me decide the best fit for my son. I left the store happy with my purchase and look forward to getting my delivery. ~Jolynn

This evening, I called Mattress FIRM in Glendale, Arizona to ask the salesperson a few questions about a new mattress and how to know which one is the best for the individual. Over the phone, I was surprised at the knowledge Patsy Kennedy had. She exhibited such professionalism and courtesy over the call that I jumped in the car and headed to the store. Once inside, Patsy Kennedy presented me with data that demonstrated how seriously she took this decision. She did not push one mattress or one label over all the others; instead, she made it clear to me that selecting a new mattress is a highly personal choice, and that only I could know what felt good and was best for me. Throughout the process, including many excellent questions, Patsy handled me as if I were family. I took my time, tried 10 or 15 mattresses, and then made a decision. I had to write to you both in order to underscore the pure excellence that described the help I was given today. Personally, my standards are very high, and I must say that Patsy exceeded them. I love shopping for furniture here. There are no sales people following you around, they don't work on commission. They are friendly and helpful. I was excited to find out most sectionals are customizable for no additional fee! Huge place with a lot of inventory. ~Kelley
