we got a really good deal on some very expensive leather chairs that were on clearance. got then 50% off basically. staff was helpful enough. they seem to have quality products, their selection is huge. nice fake plants too.

I had never written a negative Google review in my life until my experience at this store. I truly try to be understanding when people make mistakes and give them a chance to fix it but I have never had such a poor experience. We spent 2 hours making a purchase and setting up a simple delivery. The delivery was scheduled to the wrong home after clearing our whole schedule for a day to be there. Multiple promises and zero follow through. The worst part of it all is you are unable to reach anyone at the store and all customer service is handled through a 3rd party call center. We had to drive an hour round trip back to the store to actually speak to someone who could help. Even after this they made another promise that was not met. I could probably go on but do yourself a favor and shop any one of the many other furniture stores. I just edited my review to add the final chapter of this story. The store tried to make up for the mistake and promised my furniture would be delivered on a Sunday between 8am and 3pm. They then called and said it would be closer to 6. They called again and said between 7-8. They arrived at 9:47pm on a Sunday and woke everyone up and didn't finish until after 10:30pm

Sign was dark so drove by initially. Was told that property manager wouldn't turn on until 7. Once inside people were very helpful. The table we really liked is out of stock and they said may be available in about a month. Still deciding what we plan to do.

The staff are fantastic. No pushy sales techniques used at all. You are free to browse and ask questions of the very friendly and helpful staff whenever you have a question My son lost his car keys in one of the chairs and the staff went over and above to help us look for them - we found them. We love Living Spaces and will recommend everyone we know to shop there !

I was met at the front door by a friendly young man that told me the general layout of the big store. No pushy sales people. Sales person was glad to take me around to try out all couches. Finally decided to get a custom fabric couch and they took all the time I needed and explained everything in detail and didn’t rush me. Definitely recommend.

We had a very nice experience with the assistance of Brian helping us select our home furnishings for our living room and dining area. He was patient with our selection and provided us with all the information so we could make sure all would fit in our home. He also eased our concern with our wish list of our beautiful dining table to possibly arrive earlier. The Living spaces staff were also welcoming from the time we entered. I love shopping for furniture here. There are no sales people following you around, they don't work on commission. They are friendly and helpful. I was excited to find out most sectionals are customizable for no additional fee! Huge place with a lot of inventory.

Quite a few objects have dings or objects have little chips missing. One of the items we purchased had the wrong price tag on it. Lots of staff in the mattress area seemingly standing around hanging out.
