Waiting for the labor day weekend deals was worth the wait. I went into my local store in Glendale, Arizona and was assisted by Brad. Brad was patient, helpful, honest and knowledgeable so I knew I was in good hands. I had done my homework prior to entering the store and Brad took the time to go through every mattress and base that I was interested in and helped me decide the best fit for my son. I left the store happy with my purchase and look forward to getting my delivery.

I thought our associate was very helpful and knowledgeable however as we were paying he says we'll you don't want to donate to mental health awareness so I'll just skip over that. You know kids these days have a mental health issue at all times it's crazy you wonder how these kids are raised. He continued to go on and on I wanted to say something but what was the point. I will tell you my son struggled in his teens and still in his thirties. He was even suicidal for a few years. My point is this is a very sensitive subject that shouldn't be taken lightly. I'm sure he thought he was funny but I didn't. He shouldn't assume everyone is as ignorant as he is.My married name is Kelly Morris

I needed a king size bed frame and they were so very helpful! They didn't have it on hand at the 1st store so they checked to see who had it, let me know and I agreed I wanted to pick it up there and at the 2nd store they were extremely helpful as well! I couldn't be happier!

Response to MF: It may also be because MF was hoping I wouldn’t uncheck the box on the credit application so that I could be automatically denied by Synchrony and routed to another bank for less favorable lending terms (12 months at 0% instead of 60 months with Synchrony). It doesn’t make sense for an applicant with excellent credit to be denied a promotional offer and your comment about stricter rules makes no sense out of context. You should clearly provide minimum requirements for all applicants so we don’t waste our time.

Took time to answer all of our questions without rushing. I am confident the purchase I made is high quality and the best for me. Also there is it a great payment plan Best experience buying furniture that I have had. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm Arrowhead and ask for Christy. AMENDMENT: Be sure that that your purchase is really what you want. READ THE FINE PRINT. You can return mattress but not the frame.

The salesperson did a great job of showing us all the options (there are many new technologies and materials since the last bed purchase we made) When a decision was made on the right mattress she did not pressure us, just gave good information to make the process go quickly. Delivery was scheduled within two days after purchase, that was a very pleasant surprise.
