Best bedding store in Glendale, Arizona (AZ) 2024

It is a good store, probably would be better if not for the limits on getting some items, and lack of stuff do to the state of things in this country right now. But as for the staff on hand. Only 2 were even good. The rest seem to be very lazy and uncaring about helping customers. For about 15 minutes or I tried to get help from several different employees and was rudely ignored. I had to walk all the way to the front to get someone to help me. I am disabled and having to walk a lot is something I try to avoid doing, but did anyway to get help in the back of the store. When I finally got help I will say the lady that help me was very nice and curious. She did her best to find what i was in need of, but unfortunately was not able to do so. ~Kevin

Waiting for the labor day weekend deals was worth the wait. I went into my local store in Glendale, Arizona and was assisted by Brad. Brad was patient, helpful, honest and knowledgeable so I knew I was in good hands. I had done my homework prior to entering the store and Brad took the time to go through every mattress and base that I was interested in and helped me decide the best fit for my son. I left the store happy with my purchase and look forward to getting my delivery. ~Jolynn

This evening, I called Mattress FIRM in Glendale, Arizona to ask the salesperson a few questions about a new mattress and how to know which one is the best for the individual. Over the phone, I was surprised at the knowledge Patsy Kennedy had. She exhibited such professionalism and courtesy over the call that I jumped in the car and headed to the store. Once inside, Patsy Kennedy presented me with data that demonstrated how seriously she took this decision. She did not push one mattress or one label over all the others; instead, she made it clear to me that selecting a new mattress is a highly personal choice, and that only I could know what felt good and was best for me. Throughout the process, including many excellent questions, Patsy handled me as if I were family. I took my time, tried 10 or 15 mattresses, and then made a decision. I had to write to you both in order to underscore the pure excellence that described the help I was given today. Personally, my standards are very high, and I must say that Patsy exceeded them. Thank you for hiring such amazing people. I cannot wait to tell my friends about Mattress FIRM and about Patsy Kennedy. ~Andrew
