I’ve shopped at mattress firm before but this one is total opposite with what I’ve experienced! Sales woman Joyce was not only unprofessional but down right rude and unwelcoming! She never guided us towards an appropriate mattress ! Don’t NOT go to mattress firm just don’t go to this one!

I purchased my queen mattress from them last year and I love it. I recently learned that they now sell linens especially made for Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Can't wait until they are delivered.

Joyce, my expert, was wonderfully patient, kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating!!👍🏼! She is a top notch customer service employee !! 👏🎉. She gets a 5 out of 5. Having spent some time in the store choosing that perfect fit of a mattress I noted that one couple remarked that a mattress had a stain on it, so they wouldn’t try it. I’m sure they will be exchanging it out soon for a fresh one !!! It’s been raining a whole lot lately and leaks happen !! The above couple were also searching for a disposable pillow cloth to put over the community used pillows. I noticed that they didn’t ask. I am absolutely positive that had they done so, one would have been provided. So ask if it is important to you. These experts at the store are very willing to help in all ways !! Great experience overall for me !!! 🙋♀️

I live in Maryland and my 93 year old mom lives in Arizona. I needed a way to help my mom purchase a new mattress. Caroline came to my rescue...she was an amazing help! After learning about my mom's needs, Caroline explained the best options to me (and I could talk to my mom about the options). Then when I arranged for my mom to make a visit to the store, Caroline was ready to make the visit as easy as possible. So a new mattress and base have been ordered and will be delivered in only a couple of days. Thank you, Caroline!!!
