I love it when they have their winter sales the prices are good and it is great when you finally get into the store, but it is very hard to because the oriental people line up and they just about take everything they don't leave much of anything else for anybody else They are there when the store opens so good luck when they have a sale

Manager of the store was helpful, staff girls walking around kinda useless, they had 50% of on off season items, still a bit expensive though

Love this store I just hate that the most expensive jacket now is a North Face $250...... seriously stop pretending a jacket like TOM compare .. I ain’t lookin for a purse to snatch

The 2 cashiers were extremely rude. They do not greet customers and didn't even answer my greetings. It was strange because I saw them greet European-looking customers and ignore non-Europeans. I don't like to jump to conclusions, but seeing that I was very nice to them initially and got no response or help, I think there may be some racists working in this store.

I’ve shopped here previously before but I’ve never felt as uncomfortable as I did when I went back to shop once more. Seems like there’s a different set of employees who work there now with the exception of one of the managers. When my sister and I walked in, I greeted the cashier and he blatantly stared at me and proceeded to continue working on what he was doing, before we stepped in. My sister and I then went on to ask another employee where a certain brand of coats were, and we were pointed to that direction but didn’t receive any help for a while. Out of nowhere, the employee just popped up and positioned herself in the corner by the coats in which we were looking at. She then stated “I’m sorry, during Black Friday there was a set of girls who stole coats...” she also stated that they were African American, it just was an uncomfortable experience and we felt as if we were treated differently based on our skin color.

A large neighborhood clothing store that has many of the latest in name brands. Downtown is very well stocked but for a young crowd. The prices are a bit steep, but if you want to shop local this is not a bad place to do it. The sales staff if helpful and the store is very well organized.

I came in to buy a jacket for a winter. North Face line they carry is very outdated. Store does not have the latest models. Everything seems very expensive. I will not recommend unless you have money to burn.
