The staff are great and there are a lot of items in the store at affordable prices. I wish the store was more sanitary and organized. But overall you will get what you are looking for at a cheaper price.

Cheap prices, but the store is very understaffed. Only one poor woman at the register having to do everything and I felt bad for her with the long line + having to help people find stuff in the aisles.

Never had a problem with Family Dollar up until today. As you know today is Valentine’s Day & there wasn’t really much in stock which is to be expected. I grab all the items to purchase & I go to the cashier name Leslyn (I think that’s how you spell her name) I let her know that I wanted to purchase the last two Valentine’s Day balloons that was hanging she said they were to high I then proceeded to ask if she can get someone else to get it & she said no. Mind you a guy got down one balloon for a customer before me. Not sure what the problem was with her but why have people work there if they’re not willing fulfill customer’s needs & requests. UPDATE: I went back two days later to get my son some balloons for his birthday & birthday they absolutely horrible they could’ve at least put some new balloons filled with air

They closed early with 15 minutes remaining it was an emergency and I really needed a first aid kit I cut my finger wide open and they refused to open up the door. I would understand if it was 10pm however it wasn’t. This bald headed guy was extremely rude. And the other girl with the blonde hair ignored me and stared. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be working there. There are plenty of people looking for a job.

They claim that their Apple Pay doesn’t work when it does. I walked in 3 times where 4-5 different people used Apple Pay and now when I get ready to purchase they turn it off and act as if it’s not working

Wish family dollar would clean up their sidewalk. This is always one of the dirtiest blocks in the neighborhood. Please pick up your sidewalk litter and trash

This store does not place out weekly ad papers to customers neither are they to be found at the front of the store for to customers to know what they advertise for that district store itself refuses to lend customer service and refers to smarts savings app instead of assisting customers manually. Weekly ad drop prices are a scam manger does not know how to keep track of the deals that goes on within the items they have on sale a week. Too much over stock in the store walking lanes the store is just a mess store shelves aren't stocked correctly I don't understand how there's more items in the storage box they come in and not on the shelves where they are supposed to be placed. poor work quality customer service as well to store policies are not sticking to their rules a regulations this store need new store management
