11 Best dollar store in Brooklyn, New York (NY) 2024

This has got to be the worst Dollar Tree store in all of US. It’s a mess. No management no nothing. If I could give a Negative star from this rating I would. It’s definitely not worth anyone’s time to stand in line for hours to save a few dollar. Look at the cashier lone, there are 18 people waiting to pay in just one line! ~M

Incredibly economical! A helpful means to stretch your budget. Clean & organized; good & helpful staff. One drawback; lines tend to be long. ~Andrew

Love it!! They have a little bit of everything. I love the fact that they have books for kids and adults, bought a few for my two year old. The employees are very polite and helpful. Keep up the great work!! ~jen

It's Family Dollar. Has what you want and need in a pinch and for less. This spot is nice enough and have very respectful cashiers. Not a day I don't walk in there and someone greets me or remembers me! 🙏🏽🎯💯 ~Gorgeous

The staff are great and there are a lot of items in the store at affordable prices. I wish the store was more sanitary and organized. But overall you will get what you are looking for at a cheaper price. ~Adati

My friend just went to this Family Dollar and was profiled. He has locks and was carrying a bag. As he entered the store, the security guard began following him. While I am on the phone with my friend, the security guard was standing at the front of the aisle. As my friend is walking through the aisles looking for Easy-off and kitty litter, he keeps seeing the same security guard. The guard asked my friend to turn his bookbag in at the front to which my friend refused. Why should he turn in his bookbag with his wallet and personal info? Thats like asking me to turn in my purse. When my friend asked one of the staff to help him find what he is looking for, the security guard was right behind him. My friend asked him why he is following him? The guard told him "that's my job". He continued to follow my friend from aisle to aisle and argue with him for his entire visit. This is crazy in this day and age that we are still being profiled. ~Areial

This where I go for all my last minute decor needs. You'll even find nice house decor house ware. This location ok. I guessing it's by area needs nicer areas have nicer things. Location convenient, staff Friendly it's hot or miss. It's Dollar Tree You can't Go Wrong 👍🏾 ~Wtzz

Shelves always need to be stocked here. Stuff always sitting in the aisles needing to be put on shelves . Frozen products sits for a bit before they put away resulting in melted and freezer burnt ice cream and related products. They definitely could use more help here at this location coyle Street in Brooklyn ~Frank

I got the stuff in this store after that I went to the cashier to purchase. The girl in the photo told me to put the shopping car in the right side and I returned to cashier she said to me to remove the car in different side but when i put my shopping car is another car in same side and she spoke with me very bad and loud voice and she told me to go out the store and not service me and she said to the other cashier to not service me and she told me i will call 911 I said ok call !!!!! After that I called the 911 and when police come he told me to make complaint with the company,,,,, I stayed 1 hour in the store and I didn’t get my stuff this is not fair and my suger is very high because am diabetic,,, if someone knows how to contact the manager or owner let me know thanks ~Moon
