My carryout order was incorrect and their in store phone system was apparently turned off and it only rang several times and then cut me off. I tried to reach them unsuccessfully for almost 3 hours. They're glad to take your order but lord forbid you need to report a problem. Way too many other pizza joints will gladly welcome my business.

I had bad pizza and bad service from another pizza place. So I decided to try pizza hut for my first time and im so glad I did. I had a supreme pizza it was a great pizza . I highly recommend you try it too. Thanks pizza hut. Craig.

This Pizza Hut has serious problems. We have ordered several times. For delivery. They never deliver. We have to call several times to either get them to deliver, or to go pick up our self. It’s not a lack of staffing, it’s a lack of care. They routinely close the shop, do not deliver their final orders, do not call customers, do not provide any service after they’ve taken my money. Management over there is seriously lacking. This is the last time we will be trying. Three orders in a row have not been delivered. Last night, No delivery or phone call or refund

I placed an order over the phone on Saturday afternoon to be picked up at 6:15, I should have known there was going to be a problem because of the person I was talking to could barely speak English and yes, when I got there the order was not ready, they couldn’t even find the order. After another 20 minutes I finally got a pizza, still don’t know if it was the phone order or an order after I arrived. First and last time at pizza hut

Pizza Hut is the innovator for quick service pizza. Helped open the 1st store in northern California. The only thing that has changed since the early eighties is they did away with their all you can eat salad bar. I do miss there all you can eat salad bar. There original all you can eat salabar was better than all the all you can eat restaurantsIs back in the day and current. I prefer Pizza Hut Pan pizzas over all the rest. Me this is a true Pan pizza.

I always order our pizza with lite sauce and it is almost always regular sauce. By the time I get home and see that they have messed up again. I do not want to go back. Its very disapointing to open the box and see that it is full sauce. They really need to pay attention to the order. I think they should replace my order when it happens, but it happens so often that I feel like they think I am just trying to get more food. It is their mistake not mine.

The food quality in the past has been varied but this time every part of the order was made with care and to perfection. We have a family of 7, 5 kids and 2 adults and sometimes not having to cook is a better option. If the food quality received is bad it makes for a rough night of complaining, tonight everything was perfect thank you Prescott PH team!

The last two times my husband and I have ordered from here we never received our order. The first time we got a call 30 minutes passed closing time, and an hour after we had put in an order, that they were out of what we wanted and they cancelled our order. The second time the hours said they were open until 11pm, ordered delivery just after 9pm and never received a cancellation call or our food. We drove over to the Pizza Hut at 10pm to check if it went through because no one was answering the phone to find that the store was closed at 10pm. The hours on the door clearly stated open until 11. This place is very poorly run.

The pizza was burnt. I ordered hand tossed not thin crust. The cinnamon rolls were not cooked enough and the cheese bread didnt come with the advertised sauce. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed this time. It seems 1 out of 3 times are correct anymore. Not worth the $42.

The kid on the other line just muttered “shit” under his breath and said they’d start it emediatly. I then waited another hr before the food arrived barely warm. And missing a soda. Maybe higher some employees with some work ethic. We shouldn’t have had to wait 3+ hrs for our food. Food that is not cheap. As a customer, paying almost 65$ for a meal for my family, I expect atleast some effort made into making the experience a good one.
