Brooklyn made our shopping experience AMAZING!! After doing hours of research online, we still didn’t known where to start when we walked in. My husband walked in with the mindset of “the salesperson is just going to sell us the highest price mattresses”. Not here!! Brooklyn sold us sleep!! She took the time to talk to me about what we were looking for, while my husband was trying every bed out, then had us try 3 different beds. They were exactly what I was looking for!!! She also found each of us the right pillow!!! AMAZING!!! I really thought I was going to spend all day driving to 6 different stores and listening to salespeople trying to upsell us on something we just didn’t need. Save yourself a whole day of hassle and stop and shop with Brooklyn!!

I am thoroughly impressed with the help I received from Vaughn H. at Mattress Warehouse. I have literally been looking for a mattress for about 2 weeks now and have not had much luck, whether it was due to price, customer service, a lack of response, or delivery date. I walked into mattress warehouse today and was greeted by Vaughn who provided great customer service. Vaughn was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable about the the different mattresses the store had to offer, and helped me stay below budget. With Vaughn’s help and expertise I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Mattress Warehouse, as long as I walk in and see Vaughn you will have a forever customer.

I had a great experience with Jacob who happens to be the store manager there. He is young and ambitious and really taking the time to make sure that his store is going to be around for a long time. If you live in the area and need a mattress, go see him. It is good to see someone local going the extra mile to make sure that a store in his control is around and doing well.
