Jim Downey deserves a bonus! I hope corporate sees this one because I work in sales and was blown away, in the best way possible, by Jim's entire approach. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten snail mail note shortly after our new mattress and frame arrived! Lovely touch! Jim was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, kind. My husband and I just moved to town and wandered into the store, tired of looking through all of the mattresses online and sifting through the many brands available today. We wanted an in-store experience and Jim delivered! He was consultative and listened to our needs but wasn't pushy and he had a couple of good jokes too! The delivery process was smooth and the two delivery guys were efficient and professional. Thank you, Jim!

You don’t have too many businesses that give you service with a personal touch in today’s world. I can honestly say, though, that this place is different. Not only did Jim give us exceptional customer service while we were selecting a mattress to purchase, that service continued even after. Jon helped us make adjustments to our delivery. What I love the most is the personal written Thank You card that was sent to us in the mail! Thank you for the great experience!

I'm a little late writing this but better late than never! We initially went in to test out a few mattresses then make a purchase online later. I'd advise you to just skip the online part and make this store you're one stop shop. Jim was great, extremely knowledgeable, transparent, patient, and not a hovering salesman trying up sell you! No pressure at all with interesting conversations. Great experience, we love our new mattress.
