I saw your commercial yesterday and HAD TO ORDER FROM YOU! My mouth was watering! I ordered the ‘Gargantuan’ and I couldn’t be happier! I’m Italian and was happy to see the combination of meats included in this sandwich. It is so delicious! I will be returning again, forget the other ‘sub shops,’ you have a winner there! Thank you!

Went on 10/2/21. Young man who took my order then coughed into his hand, rubbed his nose, took his hat off, shook his long hair all over the sandwich making area, then put on "clean" gloves with out washing his hands to make my sandwiches. I complained to the guy I thought was his supervisor and asked he not touch my food. Was told it was fine, he put on new gloves! It's not fine, you touch the out side of the "clean" gloves with your dirty hands. He then made my sandwich anyway and continued to touch his face and hair. I threw them away when I got home. How gross.

Went on 10/2/21. I was just there and one of the workers was using the trash can as a prep table for bread trays.. set the trays on the trash can. Sprayed in nonstick spray then put bread in them like business as usual. There was plenty of room on the table he had the box that he was pulling the bread out of, but no just set them on a trash can .

Went to store around 8:00 and the staff was super cool and friendly. Helped me choose what to order and the sandwich was tasty. Service was quick and the store looked really clean. If you don’t like yorkvillle jimmy johns subs your insane.

I ordered a tuna sandwich with NO onion, ONLY tomatoe and pickles. I get a very dry tuna sandwich loaded with diced onion, cucumber, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce..all tasted wilted and old. I've never been so disappointed in a place before.

Always "Freaky Fast" Sandwiches are fresh! So far our orders are always made correctly which is great because we have stuff taken off of some Sandwiches and add-ons on others. Friendly staff that doesn't seem annoyed that you came in or have a special order!!! That actually means a lot because so many places act like you're inconveniencing them by coming in!!! This store is a very consistent store! They seem to have a great staff and management as far as I can tell. No complaints except being outside of the delivery area, but they can't deliver everywhere they wouldn't be "Freaky Fast" if they did!!!

Yorkville Jimmy John's: I messed up yesterday. I thought my wife had ordered a normal sandwich for our son along with hers and mine. We always get a pickle or two as well. Upon receiving our order, I noticed only 2 sandwiches in the bag and two smaller rolled up packages that I assumed were pickles. I called back and said they had not delivered one of our sandwiches. They apologized and no questions asked, delivered another sandwich. We had taken a while to open everything as it was a lazy day and kids came and got some food here and there. My wife didn't want hers yet so we put it in the fridge. About a half hour goes by and I decide I want up one of the pickles so I open the wrapper and theres a tiny sandwich in there. Apparently my wife had ordered our son a mini sandwich or whatever it is (I've never seen one before) and it wasn't a pickle. I immediately called Jimmy John's back to apologize and pay for the extra sandwich they delivered to which they replied, "Thank you for being honest and calling back, but it's on the house." I insisted I pay for it because I was not trying to get a free sandwich and they were very grateful for my call back but assured me not to worry. "It's on the house." I will be ordering from them for the duration of this quarantine. That's exceptional customer service!

I love Jimmy John's fastest food restaurants but this location is the SLOWEST Jimmy John's I've ever been to. And it's not a one time experience. They're clean, usually orders are met (once in a great while they may not get it exactly how I asked so just double check before you leave), and they're somewhat friendly. Mostly dry personality but I don't care too much about that because I just want my sandwich quickly and everything too be handled clean and no mistakes. I just expect way more for speed from Jimmy John's since they're supposed to be freaky fast and I've been to many Jimmy John's and they truly live up to it except this location.
