Crossfit sounds intimidating however this gym does a wonderful job with anyone at ANY level. They will help you modify if needed but still push you to do your best and encourage you to try new things. You will be surprised at what you can do!!! You just have to show up.....

As someone who is completely new to implementing exercise into my life, I have found exemplify makes it extremely simple. The class structure makes workouts fun and challenging. There are people there with varying degrees of fitness/skill level. I am currently going on 8 months with some breaks in between and still I have seen a difference in endurance, strength and how I look physically.
