Inconsistent hours. Says they are open until 11pm. Was in the drive thru at 9:58 and no one ever came to the speaker to take my order even though the car in front of me was served. If you’re closed, come put a cone out so people know or tell them over the speaker. I realize that it’s hard to find workers now but come on.

I don't expect much from fast food but this place is laughable. They could literally screw up a cup of coffee. Sign on door says 'lobby open @ 7am' but of course, doors still locked when it's pushing 8.

You would think that as much as fast food costs they could at least get the orders right. Everytime I come here the order is wrong. I'm sick of having to check it every time I will never eat here again. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS

One of the by far the better McDonald's in the area tho the standard rule still applies: after school hours are not McDonald's best hours. I hate relying on a high schooler to make my food 😒 Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's obviously it's kid friendly they don't have a play place but they always have a kids menu Parking: Standard parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Standard short sidewalk ramp leading to the front door

I wish all businesses would keep their hours and days of operation updated in Google. The world looks at these hours and times to know when a business is open. This location says they are open 24 hours. At 5 AM they are not open. Very disappointing.

Some of the rudest people.Any time you call there is no hello or anything after they just hang up on you before your done. They get my order wrong whether it’s a mobile order or in person 95% of the time. I don’t really like writing reviews because I get it I used to work the fast food industry myself but this is ridiculous and I’m getting tired of having to drive to farther McDonald’s just to avoid the one so close to me because of how rude they really are. The other two McDonald’s near by have some of the nicest people no matter what time of day you go. This one did at one point too but now it’s rude careless people. It’s sad.

Terrible customer service. No one says "Hi" or "Thank you". Today while at the drive through the 1st person to my card to pay for my food without saying a word to me.. the next person handed me my food without saying a word as well. Did not hand me my drink. She then closed the window. Then when I sat at the window for a minute she opened it back up and just looked at me. I asked for my drink. She handed it to me again without a word and shut the window. Unfortunately this has been the case the last 2 times I've gone to this McDonald's. Very disappointing as this is the closest McDonald's to me. There are signs saying it is locally owned but I will not be going to this liston any more.
