Excellent service and attention from the sales person. Unfortunately, Plaza still expects their customers to wait around for an entire day for delivery--for some reason their management can't figure out a way to at least give a half day window.

I don’t live near my parents, so I paid for a full service install from PAM so my 70-year-old dad wouldn’t have to worry about getting their new dishwasher in. Instead, PAM left a half connected machine at their house that flooded the kitchen as soon as turned on. When I traveled to see it myself, I also discovered that their installers hadn’t even done the basic job of attaching the dishwasher to the cabinets or countertop - it rocks whenever opened. Having just installed the same model in my own home, which took all of 30 minutes, I’m appalled at the lack of skill, care, and professionalism that plaza appliance mart demonstrated here.

I'm missing an item, we've had 4 no show appointments and now every time I call I'm being forwarded to leave a message. We ordered a washer and dryer and paid in full site unseen and over the phone. $1200 more than our budget bc we trusted Wade. Wade was helpful, and i trusted him because he helped us in the past. We received the washer and dryer as expected but the installer/delivery guy said Wade forgot to add the stacking kit. Wade assured us we would have it in 2 days. No show no call. I called and was told on THURSDAY it was a holiday weekend and to expect it the following Wednesday. Wednesday came, no show again. This time someone told me they were cleaning 2 of wades messes and we were guaranteed Saturday. Of course no show again and now they aren't answering my calls. 2 stars because we at least received the washer and dryer even though we can't use them.

Great place with great people. Any price you find from a big box store, they match it and you get to call the direct person you purchased from and track it all the way. There's no calling a 800 number to find out about your appliance

I ventured over to Plaza’s main location because of the customer service that they are known for. Curtis really educated me and my son on this refrigerator purchase. We made an informed decision and I’m looking forward to having this installed when the new home is completed.

I really didn't like my experience here. The salesman was apathetic and didn't really care to help me because I mentioned that I spoke to another salesperson at another location. He basically said he didn't want to waste his time talking to me because he's not going to make any money off of me. The worst part is that he didn't say kind things about the other person. I find that very unprofessional, because the other salesperson said she'd rather help me and send me to this location and lose my sale but still make sure that I'm taken care of. This is what sales should be about-- helping customers. I had such a bad experience I will never shop here. Although I did speak about price matching a monogram range, I was not upset about that. Honestly at that point I just wanted to see his demeanor. At the end of the day I didn't feel like the salesman cared. Also, to add to the story- the salesman tried to argue with me that the Bertazonni range I wanted didn't exist and I had to show him in the booklet that it does. At the end of the day the salesman was apathetic, indifferent, unprofessional and unknowledgeable.

The experience at this location was outstanding. I had initially decided to buy a washing machine from Best Buy. That whole process was horrid. I had to cancel my order from them. However, I decided to give Plaza Appliance Mart a look and I’m pleased that I did. I dealt directly with the manager. When I showed him the washer that I picked out he knowledgeably showed me a much better machine at a slightly great price point. The difference in cost was negligible. The manager’s knowledge of product and great customer service was a winning combination. I walked out that day very happy!

However, I decided to give Plaza Appliance Mart a look and I’m pleased that I did. I dealt directly with the manager. When I showed him the washer that I picked out he knowledgeably showed me a much better machine at a slightly great price point. The difference in cost was negligible. This store is NOT attentive to the customer's needs. You will be waiting or your order for months. Then miraculously, something will happen and you will have to wait longer. Appliance will get damaged or any changes to the appliance will take forever. You will be given excuse after excuse of why your product was not ready or delivered. Emails and phone calls will go without a response back. I was told the door on my washer was terribly damaged, so I wanted a picture of it. Didn't get it. On top of that the sales person left for the day with no update back to me. 3 times I have arranged for someone to be at my house for delivery. 3 times no delivery.. Save yourself the pain and stress and endless excuses, go to another company!!! I have a microwave on order to be delivered and installed. Really thinking hard about canceling that order.
