I needed two rear tires, one had a slow leak and a small cut in the middle more than half the tread left. I needed tires because we were towing a travel trailer on vacation heading back to OK. They were friendly and got the exact same tires I had. I agreed and as it stated in quote, customer wants old tires put in bed of truck. I showed up and they were finishing with the alignment, I asked where are my tires. They said they were already gone. Meaning they sold them and still charged for disposal. They were going on my old truck, and they gave some excuse of paperwork not saying this but the quote stated it two times. I guess you need to be there and watch every step of the way. I'm glad the Firestone where I live doesn't do this type of business practice.

They only have one technician on staff and only one technician that knows how to check your alignment to let you know if the shimmy in your car is safe for you to be driving around with kids in your car or not. So although I should be getting a free alignment with them since I purchase my tires there I’m gonna have to go pay money to have it done somewhere else.

We were from out of town and on our last day we had a nail get stuck in our tire. We called them and asked if they had any availability to get us in quickly (on a Monday morning) and they said “absolutely and come right in!” We came and every person was kind. We had kids with us and they made sure we all had a place to sit while we waited. It was done quickly and cost effectively. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Although we don’t live here, if we did we would be back. Highly recommend!

Came in weds they told me they had a tech emergency and someone had to leave. So they scheduled me an appointment for Friday at noon. I came in and a different guy said once again they had yet another tech emergency this day and the tech had to leave. I took off from work, I don't know that's a lot of tech emergencies in one week. Sounds kinda made up to me. I wouldn't waste your time here they need to get things together in management.

I had an appointment for 4 wheel lifetime alignment I paid for last year. I dropped the truck off and then waited in the lobby for 2 hours. During the 2 hours I spent inside the lobby I heard the guy behind the counter literally tell 5 customers they all needed tie rods. Then after 2 hours of what I thought was them doing the alignment, he came back and said of course I needed tie rods too as well as wheel bearings that I just had replaced by a professional mechanic so I know those are not bad. I said I'm good and just do the alignment I paid for last time I was in and he said he wouldn't do it without the parts they recommend being replaced. I had an appointment and waited 2 hours for them to do nothing and recommend over $1000 worth of things I don't need. O stars.

Even at the end of their day, they managed to find a relacement for our ruined tire (picked up a nasty piece of utility knife) get it on our car and even helped us reload the bicycle (also with a flat tire!) Great service -- pleasant and quick! Not long ago they got me back on the road after a hose burst, sending steam billowing. I will use these folks for more than emergency repairs now.

I genuinely feel ripped off by this location, they took advantage of me being a young woman and alone, a repair for an alternator and battery replacement. Do not go here if you are a young person who knows nothing of cars, I thought I could trust a large company. They claimed to have tried multiple alternators (how would there even be multiple alternators, the fit for the car is the same) on my car and that none fit, but upon calling all auto parts stores near by they had none in stock for my car, everything would be ordered from phoenix I feel they lied to me, they saw me as easy money. I will never support this company again. Not to mention the customer service was dreadful.

Great service and staff. Had stopped at Pep Boys first to get a quote on installing a set of lesser known brand tires and was told they were probably just "cheap, off-brand tires" which was inappropriate because they were high rated. When I came to Firestone, the representative was polite and helpful, providing me with options and the best deal on services like brakes and alignment. Which, by the way, were considerably less expensive then Pep Boys anyway. I highly recommend the Firestone here which is conveniently located by Hobby Lobby..
