We loved our first couch from VCF so much and we knew that’s where we wanted to get our next couch from. Our new couch is very comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Our delivery date even got moved up a week! The actually delivery itself was very smooth and easy. Very pleased!

My in-store experience was good. The sales representative, named R. Kelly, was very helpful and informative. He made good suggestions and got us in and out quickly. We got a good price and financing on the right item. I definitely recommend.

I giving 3 stars because the delivery team that came and dropped off my table were great. As far as my over all experience it was not as good as it should of been, I had to reschedule delivery 3 times due to items not being shipped and the one that frustrated me the most was when they called and said they loaded the truck and can't send mine the day that was promised. That's not my fault they don't know how to load the truck properly. Also they call to verify drop off 3 times and obviously that doesn't matter if it's not going to show up when expected to begin with. I love my table and chairs, but very disappointed with the people in charge of delivering the products.

Awesome location and love the furniture! Ask for Kelly. He’s honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. He educated me about a few pieces I had questions about on my first visit and even wrote down notes of measurements for me. A month later I went back, asked for Kelly and he had me in and out with my order completed in no time.

I recently purchase a living room set and bedroom set from Value city. Couple days before my delivery they told me one of my couches will not be delivered for another month.. cool not big deal. The day of the delivery after being 3 hours late and no call my bed was missing some screws and they were gonna send a technician to fix it but will take some more days. I needed my bed so I went and bought the screws myself from Home Depot. A week later the bed frame legs break because of wrong installation by their “5 star delivery”… after a week they never called me back so I had to showed up at they store.. Finally then they schedule a service and replacement delivery. I confirm the address and time 2 times! I took the day off work so I can be home for the delivery and they never showed up. Now no manager or supervisor will call me back or talk to me to fix this issue. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I decided to go to Value City today, to look for a recliner chair for my bedroom.. a nice man whose initials are R.Kelly… Lol he told me what they had and it didn’t take me a very long time to find exactly what I was looking for, and I was even more satisfied with the price.. he explained everything to me in a very polite and professional manner.. so even if it’s right before closing time, don’t let that stop you.. because I truly believe that what God has for you, it’s for you.. I never have an issue when I come here. I’ve pretty much furnished my home from here. You do have to know exactly which sales people to work with to have a great experience. I stick with the same guy each time I go. David is great and gets us right each time.

I was assisted by EWA, that right there if great customer service. If you don’t believe me, stop by the store whether you are just looking to buy or end up not buying, your communication with EWA alone will make you want to buy something from the store. She didn’t force a sale, she didn’t have an attitude infact went above and beyond. I did leave the store to ho window shop somewhere but I still went back to this store, why? Because the key to the success of a business is great customer service and EWA is what brought me back. I hope she gets praise from her managers. Great job, I ordered a sofa like the one posted so it will be new and will be adding end tables if I want my taste. Happy Néw Year EWA! Great job
