Peter was absolutely amazing! This was my first time visiting this particular location, and I’ve got to say…I will definitely be back. When I entered those doors, he greeted me with such enthusiasm. You can tell that he really enjoys his work, and that makes all the difference for a consumer. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Ashley Furniture, you have a fantastic sales manager there. Peter was phenomenal! We went in just to look and he showed us a couch we fell in love with instantly. He answered any questions we had and gave us the best deal on our new couch! He worked to accommodate us and we really appreciate it. We will definitely come back and ask for Peter for the rest of our furniture!!!

I was sold a box spring that doesn't work for the type of bed frame that I purchased....I was eventually able to get someone to understand this after multiple calls. Then multiple calls later, I was able to get someone to "deliver" a boxspring, however the delivery was to just pick up the box spring that was too large.....now if I could just get someone to arrange the delivery for the new box spring, that would be great. This has been a disappointing experience....poor follow up....When I was interested in purchasing the follow up was superb. I will not purchase from this store again. Will either choose a different company or a different Ashley. Never have experienced this level of poor customer service from competitors. Disappointing. Expected more. I purchased on June 16....it is now July 20th. 7/27/2022...UPDATE....The correct bunkie board was delivered today. I had to call twice a week for a few weeks and write a review in order to get results, which is unfortunate. My advice is to be persistent. The response to my review seemed to lead to quicker results.

I visited the store today looking for a dining room table. I was promptly and pleasantly greeted by Ricky Williams. He proceeded to help me and show me several options to fit both my style and my budget. Ricky was so patient as I mixed and matched items to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. He explained my purchase options and I felt great about my new dining room table. I’m so excited! If you’re looking for great, patient and knowledgeable service be sure to ask for Ricky Williams.

Rick worked with us and he did an amazing job! I met him a few days before we actually purchased and he helped me with finding pieces of furniture we loved and made sure to let us know when the pieces would be available for delivery. He greeted us at the door the day we came to purchase. Rick was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone looking for furniture of any sort to come visit Rick over here at Ashley. Thank you Rick for all of your help and we will be back for that bed!

We had a great experience today when we came to Ashley Furniture to look for a bed frame. We walked around for a long time because we found so many other pieces of furniture we liked. What made our experience even better was running into Peter. He was a huge help in explaining different options available to us and hooked us up with a fantastic deal. We bought a bed frame, dresser, and 2 night stands that we LOVE for less money than we thought we might have to pay on just a bed frame. We will definitely be back soon for more things needed for our new home!

If you shop the concord location ask for Lou. We went recently to buy living room furniture and he was the best salesman!! He made the experience fun and enjoyable. Very helpful and nice people make it a memorable time. Their furniture is nice and durable as well. I 'm not a robot, wasn't offered anything for a review, and never met Lou before. Highly recommend! Will return for future purchases.

I initially was looking for a used desk for my office. The price with delivery was a little steep for used furniture. When I walked into Ashley HomeStore, Cody Wallace greeted me. I told him that I was looking for a desk. He showed me this one desk that just caught my eye. He was an amazing, wonderful salesman from start to finish. Cody answered all of my questions. From my experience, Cody Wallace is a top-notch salesman!!
