We had such a good experience! In the store we were helped by someone named Mo and he was fantastic. The delivery process was also a week ahead of schedule which was a pleasant surprise. There was an issue with A part of the couch and they delivered a brand new part in less than 6 days! All the delivery folks were so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend! Thank you! ~Julie

I am thoroughly impressed with the help I received from Vaughn H. at Mattress Warehouse. I have literally been looking for a mattress for about 2 weeks now and have not had much luck, whether it was due to price, customer service, a lack of response, or delivery date. I walked into mattress warehouse today and was greeted by Vaughn who provided great customer service. Vaughn was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable about the the different mattresses the store had to offer, and helped me stay below budget. With Vaughn’s help and expertise I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Mattress Warehouse, as long as I walk in and see Vaughn you will have a forever customer. ~Ty

Peter was phenomenal! We went in just to look and he showed us a couch we fell in love with instantly. He answered any questions we had and gave us the best deal on our new couch! Please stay away! Very unprofessional! Worker couldn’t find a manager to assist me. I’m a school teacher so by the time I get off work I’m tired! Mentally, physically, and emotionally! I try not to go into stores period! Especially since I have a 7 year old daughter. I ordered my groceries for pickup YESTERDAY so please tell me why my groceries aren’t ready!!! No one else is in the darn pickup area BUT me!!! They have a number up to call when you arrive! Why!!!!??!! They never answer it! I called more than 3 times, the voicemail is Full so you can’t even leave a message! Meanwhile I have a hungry, tired child in the backseat! I could have went and picked out my own groceries and still made it home by now!!! This is ridiculous and a TOTAL waste!!! Why place an order the day before when it’s not even ready? (The next day)This has been a total inconvenience and a waste of my time and money!!! ~shaknika

Great place, very clean, pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch, parking lot a lil bit crazy but for the most part its a great place. ~omar

This is truly a fantastic store like someone else said in their review. The store is clean and nicely organized and the employees are all ready to help. I had no idea they had such an amazing baby and children’s department. I also really love the free people department. And recently popped into the home furnishings department and noticed they have Fiesta dinnerware. This would make a great bridal registry! I highly recommend this store! ~J

Nice to actually be able try nice clothes on for the perfect fit since different brands have different sizes... instead of shipping back and forth with amazon... horrible for the environment and they treat workers like garbage. Belk had a 40% discount on most men's clothing this weekend. Saved a LOT of money.. Was really nice considering the high inflation rate right now where everything is so expensive. Super clean, pleasant shopping experience. Variety galore and people actually want to help you. True department store. Top notch. ~DAVID
