My wife and I landed at Charlotte airport after a vacation, only to find we had a flat tire. The spare was flat too. We called the auto center at this Walmart and were told they closed at 6:00 but they would be happy to help if we could get there in time. We ubered, got there at 5:55, and they fixed our tire for our 4 hour drive home. They literally waited for us to arrive and worked well past 6:00. To top it off, an employee gave us a ride back to our car. Above and beyond!

Great job. Wasn’t too busy. I was in and out. Really need to fix the back door to the entrance to the automotive not safe door knob missing to get out. Shouldn’t wait for someone to have to buzz me out.

This is honestly the worst Walmart I’ve experienced. Yesterday, two employees couldn’t tell me where Instax mini camera film was at in the store. I left empty handed. They’re lacking and they certainly don’t try very hard here. Just facts.

Filthiest Walmart I have ever been in and the staff is awful! Apparently, texting is more important than customers! Also, I tried to make a return but apparently the Customer Service Department decides their own hours. Yet again, Walmart forces me to buy from Amazon.

I am a Walmart associate at Callabridge. I dont represent them in this review. I am truly sorry for any and all negative experiences some of you have had. I totally empathize with your experience. Some of us are truly customer focused. The Coaches are the managers and they (for the most part) are also customer focused. I doubt anyone at W reads these reviews but I am going to ask our store manager to look at them. We can do so much better for you customers. I encourage you to ask for a Coach or Manager if you have an issue in the future. (my online name is not my real name.)

Very poor customer service at self check out. When attendant couldn't figure out or fix the problem she just walked away. She didn't say anything just left me standing there and went to help someone else. I left without purchasing my produce.

Please stay away! Very unprofessional! Worker couldn’t find a manager to assist me. I’m a school teacher so by the time I get off work I’m tired! Mentally, physically, and emotionally! I try not to go into stores period! Especially since I have a 7 year old daughter. I ordered my groceries for pickup YESTERDAY so please tell me why my groceries aren’t ready!!! No one else is in the darn pickup area BUT me!!! They have a number up to call when you arrive! Why!!!!??!! They never answer it! I called more than 3 times, the voicemail is Full so you can’t even leave a message! Meanwhile I have a hungry, tired child in the backseat! I could have went and picked out my own groceries and still made it home by now!!! This is ridiculous and a TOTAL waste!!! Why place an order the day before when it’s not even ready? (The next day)This has been a total inconvenience and a waste of my time and money!!!

5 stars due to the nostalgia of 6am lockdown grocery runs and how the employees were all nice and welcoming during a time where most of us were unsure of what was happening and still wiping down our groceries. This location also typically is better stocked grocery-wise than the other location nearby.

Quite a few employees with bad attitudes and foul language. Employees shouldn't be blocking up whole aisles and intersections in a way that prevents customers from passing with a kart. You shouldn't have to ask the employees to move the kart 3 times before you're acknowledged because they have earbuds in and are either on the phone or listening to music.

By far the worst Walmart I have ever been to and I have been to many Walmarts. There is hardly ever anything in stock. Stock of so many products is so chronically low that you would think that we have a natural disaster that’s about to hit us and everyone is running to the stores to stock up. It literally looks like the apocalypse all of the time. Also, the customer service is hideous. If you ask someone to help you with some thing, it is very common for them to simply tell you that they don’t know or that what you need “ it’s not part of their department.” In basically any other store chain, even if a worker does not know, they will lead you to someone who does or find out for you. Here, they just leave you hanging. It is the strangest thing ever. Absolutely horrific customer service. I strongly advise that no one shops at this location unless you are a fan of being frustrated out of your mind.
