Great place, very clean, pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2:00 for lunch, parking lot a lil bit crazy but for the most part its a great place.

Basically I only go if I can arrive before 8:00 AM. At that time the service is good, cashiers are great. Prices unbeatable. Shopping at other times can be too busy, for me at least.

Don't waste your time visiting this store. Located on East Independence boulevard in Charlotte North Carolina. I just happened to be passing through the area and thought I would stop in for a few items. One of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I've ever had. Unorganized, dingy, and obviously poorly managed. The store even had an unpleasant odor that seemed to hang in the air. Products locked in cages or behind glass doors obviously due to a high occurrence of shoplifting and or vandalism. Other isles were cluttered with products scattered all over the floor. Most of the employees were sloppily dressed and seemed to just wander around aimlessly. If I didn't know better I would swear I was in a third world country. An undesirable store in an undesirable part of town. Judging from other reviews of this store, many customers share the same opinion. Hey Walmart execs, do you people ever even see these reviews or visit these stores? My guess would be no. Or maybe you consider this acceptable business practice. Any response?

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. There are pallets of unopened shipments down every aisle. I needed to get down a shoe aisle and you can’t even go down the aisle because the pallets are taking up the whole thing. It is very difficult to shop here when you are constantly unable to get where you need to go.

Do not shop here. We definitely will NOT be back. They were installing cabinets to lock up body wash…body wash…really?! The razors and blades were already locked up, along with products such as make up wipes. Really?! Then, when you push the button/buzzer to get assistance to get an item, you are treated as if you inconvenienced them. Unacceptable…

well I ordered on-line for pick-up later, between 3-4. So it was delayed and I was already there thinking I would have the items soon. I contacted them, told them that I had something to do and was wondering how long it would be. I asked twice and I couldn't get a answer. Not even a guesstamation. So went inside and finally talked to someone the said 30 min. Well about a hour and a half already went by. Then they didn't have a few of my items . so got nothing. I hope I got reimbursed for that. I need to check. So I will never do that again! The lady on the phone gave me a 10 dollar promo code to use. That was a plus. She was also very nice. As for shopping on-line for pick-up, well I would recommend that it's way better to go inside get some exercise pick out your own stuff. I was trying to save time but it took alot more time to get that order. I could of went inside and done that order 20x in all the time it took. ugh.

DO NOT USE SELF CHECKOUT AT THIS STORE!!!!!!! I recently went through self checkout and cancelled my transaction after realizing the price of an item was not what was listed on the shelves when I picked the item out. I proceeded to walk out of the store without the item that rang up with an incorrect price and was yelled at three times by store employees. It was incredibly embarrassing and made me fear for my safety given all the possible legal ramifications of using a self checkout incorrectly and legal authorities being contacted. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID SELF CHECKOUT AT THIS STORE!!!!

My only complaint is that I wasn't happy at all with the fried Chicken wings from the deli. They were old even though I was told they had been out for about an hour. They tasted 2-3 days old. I tried to eat a half one but threw them away. Bad business practice. I will not stop at the deli again for hot food.

It's Walmart, not enough cashiers. Lots of shoppers. Some items I looked for were not in stock. There was a dog in the store, and it was NOT a service dog. Their owners was leading it or yet I should say, it was leading its owners all around the grocery store. I love dogs like the next person but according to the health dept, they don't belong in a grocery store. Apparently, the person at the front door just let them in. Walmart needs to be cognizant of that situation.
