First time in a Belk store in a long time. The associate was really helpful and made sure we got the best price on the items we bought. She matched coupons and online sales to give us the lowest price.

I can always find great deals!! They changed the store around again. Seems to be there thing to do. But once you know where to look you find just about anything. Only this is where are the shopping carts?? I couldn't find them. Not enough carts for you to put the items you want, so i cut my shopping short because i got tired of carrying everything i had already picked out. It was HEAVY. I could have keep going if i had a cart.

Belks has a tremendous selection of items compared to most other mall department store anchors. Great prices when they run sales. Worth a visit.

Bought four blouses. Wallpaper was really dirty and hanging off the wall on each side of fittingroom! Nasty. Only one cashier and six people in line. Disappointed!

Fun store! Cute seasonal items. It almost has a Mervyns vibe to it. I thought the clearance prices were a joke though. They had 4th of July items marked as clearance but when I did the math it wasn't cheap at all.

Nice to actually be able try nice clothes on for the perfect fit since different brands have different sizes... instead of shipping back and forth with amazon... horrible for the environment and they treat workers like garbage. Belk had a 40% discount on most men's clothing this weekend. Saved a LOT of money.. Was really nice considering the high inflation rate right now where everything is so expensive. Super clean, pleasant shopping experience. Variety galore and people actually want to help you. True department store. Top notch.

Yesterday I bought a suit, and the lady on the cashier charged me twice the price for the jacket. It's so unprofessional, if I didn't figure it out, they would stole me in daylight. The lady kept pushing me to get Belk credit card, which I told her more than once I don't want to get it. I was able to return the suite but there was no compensation for the way I was treated. Who charge customer twice for something? It's unacceptable.
