Had a fabulous experience here on Black Friday. We were in town from out of state and decided to go shopping at Northlake mall and had the best experience at Dillards. We went to a few other stores and were completely appalled. I applaud the staff at Dillards for being so helpful and keeping the store clean and tidy. We need more stores like this.

If you go shop here , don't go in sweat pants. The staff at customer service treat you like trash I would never go to this location again.

I visited Dillards in Northlake Mall and had an amazing experience!! The associate by the name of Bonnie assisted me and she was AMAZING! From start to finished she was very helpful! I was looking for a bra and that can be a very frustrating process but with her help I walked out with a bra I absolutely love! She helped me figure out exactly what I like and dislike and we were able to find the perfect fit!

This is truly a fantastic store like someone else said in their review. The store is clean and nicely organized and the employees are all ready to help. I had no idea they had such an amazing baby and children’s department. I also really love the free people department. And recently popped into the home furnishings department and noticed they have Fiesta dinnerware. This would make a great bridal registry! I highly recommend this store!
