One of my favorite locations in Charlotte. They have a Starbucks and a mini Ulta Beauty section inside. Something for the entire family and nice layout of the store!

It was my first time at this store, I just moved from Canada. I would like to give 5 stars to this location and add an employee made my day. She was so kind and helpful and assisted me at the self check out in downloading the target app & gave me information about discounts which I had no idea the store was providing 30%, it saved me a ton. The store was busy she was assisting so many other clients. I was able to take a picture of her name tag. Hope management recognizes employees for their excellent customer service.

I'm writing to commend GiGi, a sales associate at this Target store who answered the phone (amazing! A real human instead of a machine!) and then went to check to make sure an item we wanted was in stock. We had seen that only one was available according to on-line information, but that is not always accurate. She found the item and took it to the Service Desk for easy pick up. If the item had not been there, we would have wasted time, energy and gas for nothing, so she ensured a successful outcome. Thank you Gigi for being personable, patient, persistent and truly helpful. Those are rare qualities these days, and we hope your management appreciates and rewards your work.

By far probably one of the worst targets in Charlotte always open parking for people picking up orders and nobody's ever parking there. So parking at this location isn't great. You can't find parking. Then when you get inside the store they have no true signage telling you self checkout one except cash. It even offers you the option to put cash in but it's taped off and you don't realize that till after you're already in line. This is my last trip at this location. I'm just writing this one off. It's always a mess when you call you can't get anyone to answer. You can't find parking. Just a lot of incompetence in this location.

I really like the variety of grocery items that Target carries. They often have items I cannot find in other stores. The trade-off is that sometimes they don't carry mainstream groceries. Items are easy to find. I really wish all the vegetables were not wrapped in plastic. This is a BIG deterrent for me.

Absolutely disappointed! I placed a pickup order for a mirror and called for an update before closing. Was told rudely that they are allowed 2 hours to completely process an order. So I arrive at the store after being told to wait, as soon as I reached the mirror section they sent me a message claiming the item was out of stock…. Yet there were 2 mirrors available for purchase. I took the mirror to customer service and the cashier there lied right to my face saying the workers were looking but no one was looking for my order. Saying it was out of stock. THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS! INSTEAD THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE TO COVER THEMSELVES! If I didn’t come to the store myself I would’ve never received my item …. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DO YOUR JOB!

Coworkers are cool . Management is h3lll. Overwork you and it’s still not enough. Good luck if you work fulfillment, you’ll be on your feet RUNNING for 8 hours straight. team Leads don’t know how to run a team and have favoritism. If you mess up once, you’ll get screamed at. Even if you’re new. ETL won’t acknowledge you. You have to pack 32 items in 30 minutes, usually mostly clothes and not even at the store/on the floor. If you mark it as not found, YOURE punished. If you take too long finding it you’re punished. If it’s not stocked in the right spot you’re punished anyway. If you walkie for a team lead to help they’re too busy standing around laughing with coworkers or tell you to look harder. You waste more time waiting on the team lead to arrive/respond. Then when you look harder you’re “taking too long” Target would rather blame the workers than confronting the root of the issue. Which is target management. And the stockers can’t stock too well, but I don’t blame them. Look how they treat us. You can’t go to the bathroom for 5 minutes without someone paging for you on the walkie. You’d really expect me to have my walkie on in the Bathroom taking a DUMP? You have to announce every move you make on the walkie. If you’re one minute late, you’re pointed. Customers, your items in your orders are always canceled because the back room is backed up since EASTER. we still have Easter clothing. Back room is so unsafe due to no room, which is due to BEING BACKED UP. I will be reporting it to higher ups.

Pretty good for a Target. The online in-stock is often wrong and many items are usually sold out, but that's what you get with a high-volume store. Staff are polite and the place is clean. Far from the worst Target I've been to.

My best friend and I sincerely enjoyed our time walking around and exploring this target location. My best friend is an avid target goer and enjoy the store. We both noticed a little disarray by the large shoe section when we first arrived but on the way out of the store I could tell that the staff really care about their work because the store was impeccable. We were in there for a few hours truly just enjoying all the sections and comparing this location to other locations. We both felt very welcomed in the store and found everything we needed. We definitely will return to this location and highly recommend others to visit. Staff were super kind and very down to earth
