Great furniture styles to choose from for living, dining, and bedroom; and at great prices. I really liked the marine color couch set. Went to this store on a Saturday morning around 11am and basically had a red carpet rolled out walking in by Mo. He is your man to go to. Trust me. He is patient, helpful, and truly kind. I wouldn’t have wanted my purchase any other way. This is an investment and he made me feel secure and ready to make this decision. Go to Mo!! Everyone else was amazing and kind as well!

Got a good price for the furniture I bought BUT… getting my one small love couch has been the worst experience I’ve had with a furniture company. The day before the first scheduled delivery, I told them to call my girlfriend when they arrived because I was at work and was unable to answer. They arrive 5 hours late and what do they do?? Call my number ONE time and then leave. My girlfriend had been waiting at the apartment complex all day waiting. I call and explain the situation. They said there is going to be a $80 rescheduling fee. FINALLY I get the rescheduling fee waived and reschedule the delivery for another week out. This time I make sure they know to call my girlfriend. The day of the SECOND delivery. They said the couch would arrive between 11:00-2:00. Fast forward. After 9 phone calls and trying to get updates, missing a dinner reservation, we decided to leave the apartment at 7:00PM to make sure we weren’t going to miss a show we had tickets to. We get a call at 7:50. 7:50?!?! Saying our delivery has arrived and is waiting for us. Of course we were already gone and now we have to reschedule AGAIN. And I’m sure they’re going to want to try and charge another $80 rescheduling fee. TLDR; this has been the worst delivery experience. Now on our THIRD try to get one small love couch delivered. I have zero faith it will be delivered this time.

I’ve had such an awesome experience today working with the sales Guy Mo. He was very knowledgeable about all the furniture I was interested in & was able to give me the best deals! I also got approved very quickly & for much more than I did when I applied online. If you’re looking for great service & an awesome experience, make sure you ask for Mo. He’ll forever be my Salesman at Ashley’s. Happy Customer 😊

I had a great experience shopping here. Gina and Alex made sure that I was able to have the home furnishings that I wanted while not breaking the bank. Gina’s wonderful personality and great attitude were very nice to see in this struggling economy. She was extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued customer.

Went to the outlet store looking for a black dresser. When I walked in I was greeted then told to go to the back (clearance area) to look for one. Walked around the store didn’t see on. When I walked back up front I was asked did I see one online? I showed him the one I wanted to see if they sold it in stores. He said no so I left to think about what I would do next because he needed a dresser urgently. I was a little upset when I went back in. He basically just pulled up the item and told me I would have to light assemble like put the drawers together. I’m like okay cool. He didn’t advised or go over the product details. Fast forward to delivery day. The delivery men dropped off the dresser asked for my signature and left. When I saw the box I was like this looks like more than, just needing the drawers put together. Secondly I wasn’t even offered the option to have someone put it together for m. Thirdly now I have the dresser together and it barley comes to my knees. This isn’t considered a child’s dresser. Good customer service would have one seen I was upset and went over the order a little more with me. Now I’m waiting to see if they will let me do an exchange if not I’m stuck with this little dresser that I can’t use. Update: Still having issuing with returning the dresser. Don’t buy from them unless you are exactly sure and certain that is what you want. I will not be coming back to shop here.

The delivery guy called at 7:15 and I missed his call. I tried to call the same number back and it was disconnected. My items were automatically rescheduled with no notification to me of the reschedule. I called customer service to find out the new delivery date. Which was also canceled. I then received a call asking if they could do a partial delivery. I agreed to the partial delivery but was never given a timeframe. The day of the delivery I received the partial delivery. I told the delivery guy that the chair that I had ordered was not going to fit in the space I had available. He agreed with me but never mentioned to me that would be my only opportunity to return it, instead he asked me to sign and left. I called customer service 10 minutes after he left to return the chair. I received an email the same day saying that I was stuck with the chair and they will not return or exchange the item. At this point I have called to cancel the remaining items on my order with the exception of the chase that completes my sectional. I will NEVER do business with Ashley again. This experience has been horrible! The lack of communication and poor customer service is totally unacceptable.
