I've been going to the UPS store next to Safeway in Prescott for years. Never had a problem! I go to the PV one time to return something to Amazon, and Amazon never got it so I was charged from Amazon. Seriously!! I do not recommend it. Zero stars if possible. ~Dream

We were from out of town and on our last day we had a nail get stuck in our tire. We called them and asked if they had any availability to get us in quickly (on a Monday morning) and they said “absolutely and come right in!” We came and every person was kind. We had kids with us and they made sure we all had a place to sit while we waited. It was done quickly and cost effectively. Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Although we don’t live here, if we did we would be back. Highly recommend! ~Angela

Needs to retrain employees- there were 4 young men blasting music and no one turned it down or cared to greet us when we walked in, there was another young man that was just staring at us from the corner of the front counter with his arms crossed as if we wronged him for coming in to the restaurant and he was a bouncer that didn’t want us there. I made a comment about the music and it feeling like a “club” and it seemed to make them more angry 🤷🏻‍♀️I didn’t feel safe nor did it feel like a professionally ran restaurant, Idk how you forget to cheese half a pizza but there’s that too. I realize this is a place for a cheap bite to eat but I wish they would spend more time on customer service and making more quality food/experience, I felt like I walked into a trap house. ~kt

The pizza is always cooked to perfection. They can get overwhelmed and with the lack of employees need to resort to door dash. As long as pizza hut themselves deliver the pizza you won't have a problem at all. If they need to use door dash than it's out of their control. The management takes care of their customers. Traveling from Lynx Lake to Prescott Valley after a SUP session, the red charging light came on for the first time since owning the vehicle. Pulling into AutoZone, Robert kindly assisted me by testing the charging system, which passed all levels. He recognized the problem immediately as a loose fitting connector on the battery post. Unable to tighten it down, he suggested I purchase a battery post shim and patiently took the time to customize it to fit and serve its purpose. Stop in and see Robert who will take care of your testing/ troubleshooting needs with a smile and superior expertise! Thank you, Sir!!! ~Joyful

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy experience ever. Submit your prescription and you'll never hear back. Go in to check and excuse after excuse on why its not ready IF they can even find it. ~Christopher
