I would avoid this place and their stylist like the plague. Not only are they not friendly towards children, they have no sense of what they are doing cutting hair. The worst haircuts my children have ever received for nearly 50 bucks with tips.

Leslie is outstanding. She is very friendly and always takes the time to get it right. I ask for her by name. Always a pleasant experience. They keep the space clean and management is responsive to even minor complaints. Please remember to tip your stylist!

I absolutely enjoyed my whole experience. I was greeted warmly and immediately. I got paired up with Savannah and it was a perfect fit. My previous haircut, which was elsewhere, was uneven and sloppily done. Savannah was attentive to what I was asking for and made excellent suggestions to help not only make it even, but healthier, and with movement and style. This is now the only place I'll go and definitely pairing up with Savannah. She also gave me insight on how to keep it healthier. I've never experienced such help in a kind way. Thank you!

After getting checked in and waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, I was told I could no longer wait in the lobby due to there being to many people. It would have been nice to know this before I agreed to wait 45 minutes to get a hair cut. Needless to say never again. Ill go elsewhere that people can be up front and not waste my time and then talk to me like I did something wrong even though the ladies working neglected to mention anything.

As a 70 yr old female new to Prescott Valley, I was thrilled to find a Great Clips near my new home. I had a terrific haircut from Rose and appreciated the cleanliness of the shop and that as a manager she maintained Covid protocols and online checkin priorities. I will be a regular! Service: Haircut
