The worst customer service ever. Just plain rude. I will never use there service again. I tried to get owners number to let them know but was told by”manager” they couldn’t give that out. Owner needs to bear some responsibility. If I had read previous reviews first I would have not gone here. What happened to customer service?

I've been going to the UPS store next to Safeway in Prescott for years. Never had a problem! I go to the PV one time to return something to Amazon, and Amazon never got it so I was charged from Amazon. Seriously!! I do not recommend it. Zero stars if possible.

UPS in Prescott Valley has very kind and helpful employees. My experience there has been amazing and I recommend them for all your needs like shipping, fingerprints, packaging, notary, faxing, email scan, lamination, professional printing, document shredding and mai boxing.

I would give zero stars if I could!!! Steer clear of this place!!! I have had a total of 6 (yes! I said 6 ) packages NOT get returned to Adore Me!!! They are either throwing them away or stealing them!!! Terrible customer service and the short girl with brown hair is so very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!! THEY NEED TO FIRE HER!

I have to find somewhere else for my Amazon returns. I have 6 items in two shipments that Amazon never received back. I don't always keep they papers they print out. I wonder who is keeping the items. I am out $200. Find somewhere else

The worst customer service, period. As I stood in line I watched the two women working, while a manager sat at her desk behind them, belittle a 90 year old man because he didn't tape his box to be mailed shut, then they blatantly and openly discussed how dumb customers were. I cringed as I approached my turn in line and sure enough, they got rude and disrespectful with me for wanting to buy a box to ship my goods in. Steer clear of this place, they don't want customers. They make it obvious. There's a Post Net right down the road, go there!

I have been going here for about four years and it’s always been the worst customer service you can imagine. However, last week I went in and they have a new person there that actually opened the door for me because I had a large package. She took my package and helped me right away! I was highly surprised and delighted to see this kind of customer service. She was conversational and thanked me. Good customer service we don’t see much anymore. I hope they keep her and I hope she can teach the others in the store to at least meet halfway and Smile And thank somebody for coming in.

I don't understand all the very negative reviews. I've been to this UPS store many times and always been treated nicely. The employees are friendly and helpful and respectful. I've never had any kind of problem with them or their services. I find this local UPS store to be very useful for Amazon.com returns. They make it super easy and simply. They are my go-to place for photocopies, as well.
