I come to this location almost every week and have nothing but good experiences. Especially with Elias, he is always making sure my packages are properly secured and ready for pickup and has quality customer service. Eric is also very helpful with anything questions or concerns i have and we always spark up a quick conversation during my assistance. You can tell they both care about the quality of work they do.

What’s customer service? It doesn’t exist here. Came in and this girl with black hair just stared at the wall the whole time she didn’t even blink! I kept asking for her help because it was my first time returning a big box with a return label I printed. She just kept being snarky, with a horrendous attitude. I couldn’t help but laugh when I left. Couldn’t say anything, because it’s the closest UPS for me.

Shout out to Elias and Eric!!! Great service. Very efficient was able to drop off my Amazon package quickly with great customer service. I recommend anyone sending there packages to go to this store.

Stopped here to send a letter. When I walked in the lady seemed willing to help. As soon as I mentioned that the letter was going out of the country she first tried to sway me by stating that it would be near $100 for that. I agreed and stated that was fine. She then came up with an excuse that now the printer is down and she is unable to send anything international. Going to the USPS tomorrow and wont be back to this location.

It's too bad that I cannot leave zero Stars in order to leave a review it forces me to put one star. I cannot express how upset I am and how incompetent this staff is. I hardly go to UPS and usually I use FedEx or post office but I looked online and it said UPS would be my cheapest option to shipping a heavy item. I dropped off my package at this location on the 11th when I tried to track my package it wasn't showing up so I waited finally on the 14th it showed that it was in transit then less than 12 hours later I looked it up and it said that my package has been damaged and destroyed. I was very upset when I called the store they told me yes that it had been damaged and that it was thrown away which I don't understand why no one would notify me before destroying something that I paid a lot of money for it cost me $86 definitely not the cheapest option to ship this being as it was $100 worth of merchandise that I had a client waiting to be delivered. The worker at the store told me that they would file a claim for me which I found out later on was not even possible and when I checked upon my claim they told me my claim had been denied I appealed the claim and they told me that it had been denied again and there was nothing I can do about it I would say go somewhere else this place is going to steal your stuff rip you off and then not claim any responsibility for it I will never use UPS again very upset and very disturbed by the fact that they do not even try to make it right for their customer when they're obviously hiring incompetent people don't go here don't use the service you will be disappointed

Zero stars. Literally called the place asking about buying a postage stamp and told the girl on the phone I'd be right there and she replied "okay." Showed up 10 minutes later to buy the stamp and she rudely tells she can't sell me the stamp. I literally just walked a mile in the heat and desperately needed this stamp. This employee is rude, and has absolutely no customer service skills. Ill never go here again and thanks for being absolutely no help, and for having no consideration. Oh ya this was the rude Hispanic employee too not the white one. She has no business working here. After reading the reviews I see this place is a joke and wonder how pathetic someone has to be to not be able to perform such a simple job. I hope the trash behind the counter gets taken out soon.

I have been coming to this store for years. I have never had any issue before. There this girl worker (see pic).This girl is very rude, her customer service skills is 0. She gave me a nasty attitude as soon as I walked in, I literally thought, she has some against me, but after reading all the reviews, it's just her daily working routine. She yelled at me, telling me to leave, mocking me as I laughed about her being extra. I even asked how much was the tape I had used. She refused me business in a very rude way. It has to be worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would also like to mention, her colleague, he was apologizing of her behaviors the whole time, it looked like she has power over him. He could not stand her. He did not do anything she asked. Good job for the co-worker. Please UPS, keeping this girl here is BAD BUSINESS. I asked for the manager and she almost cursed at me. I will never go this store again.

I'm so so done with this place. I'm tired of the attitude, I'm tired of the incompetence, and honestly, they personally treat me like trash. I feel like every time I go there I'm being judged. Recently I needed to process an amazon return and print a label, the person that "helped" me saw the item I had in my hand, wasted 10 minutes telling jokes with the 2 other employees in this small building and then eventually printed my label only to tell me if I want it shipped I'll have to pay for a box because I can't use the Amazon bags for this transaction. Why didn't she tell me that in the beginning???? Seriously, stop hiring these ungrateful teens with attitudes. Wake up kids! If you want to earn a wage, be respectful, have good work ethics, and drop the attitude!

The young "Female clerk" was nasty, rude and cold. Told me initially "she was working on the compute" and l had to wait. But when the middle age "white male" she greeted with a pleasant demeanor. I realize its racism; what's new. If your business don't want "Black People" just put a sign on the door. It sure won't bother me. I am sure there are "other" UPS stores where they hire educated- professionals. The young man who was at the "counter" was kind with a warm caring demeanor. He need to train her. But I know you are not going to do "nothing". But like l told the "nasty clerk". GOD-Allmighty will handle it, so have a blessed day!!

Made us waste 6 hours. Called this morning around 9am asking about notary services. Was told that the notary is in from 11am to 5pm. Have to make an appointment, I was told. So I made an for 2.30pm. We arrived early but was told that the notary was out and would not be back until 3pm. Something about walk Ins, but the person I spoke in the morning sated I needed to make an appointment. Either it's a walk in, and everyone need to know thr same information, or it's appointment only.
