Horrible. Twice I been to this lil ceaser just bad overall. First time there machine didn't work for my gift cards. The cards were good btw. 2nd time. I wanted the special with the drink personal deep dish. They said no. But I ordered it last week with no problem same time. Then he was vague on an alternative. I'm done with this place. They are not getting my money.

Went to grab a pizza on 4/21/22 and female cashier was rude and lazy.. got home and my order wasn’t even right, pizza barely had pepperoni and I asked for marinara sauce w/ bread sticks and didn’t get the sauce. The manager I called told me he would replace my order or refund money, he was very respectful and did apologize . Went back today and a “manager” that I did not talk to over the phone, was EXTREMELY RUDE, and Said they only get paid $12 hr, excellent service does not depend on how much they get paid… that “manager” should of already knew that. Aka HE WAS NOT ANYWHERE NEAR MANAGEMENT LEVEL….🤔👎🏼And was not the same person I spoke to on the phone,

Needs to retrain employees- there were 4 young men blasting music and no one turned it down or cared to greet us when we walked in, there was another young man that was just staring at us from the corner of the front counter with his arms crossed as if we wronged him for coming in to the restaurant and he was a bouncer that didn’t want us there. I made a comment about the music and it feeling like a “club” and it seemed to make them more angry 🤷🏻♀️I didn’t feel safe nor did it feel like a professionally ran restaurant, Idk how you forget to cheese half a pizza but there’s that too. I realize this is a place for a cheap bite to eat but I wish they would spend more time on customer service and making more quality food/experience, I felt like I walked into a trap house.

I have never seen that location look so stocked and prepared and ready to serve customers in a fast and efficient way. Christian and Jacob were so pleasant to interact with as well. I hope they are being paid well they definitely deserve it!
