I went to the home Depot to return something and left my phone on the counter and the young lady named Rael, I hope I'm spelling her name right, ran out of the store to try to catch me so I wouldn't leave my phone now that's customer service! Home Depot you need to give this girl a raise! Thank you young lady

I am in the middle of renovating an office space and I have had to frequent Home Depot frequently over the past two months. I have had some challenges with some folks in kitchen designs being rude and nonchalant about their rudeness, receiving damaged merchandise, or a lack of store support (these stores are severely understaffed). I kept my score at a 3 because I always seem to encounter a caring and helpful spirit just when I’ve gotten ready to write them off, there has always been one or two people that have been extremely helpful, caring, and inviting- they have kept me as a customer. I realize the times that we are in and understand the staffing issues which unfortunately has attributed to burn outs and poor service. I had someone unleash on me in the store and had a breakdown of sorts and all I was looking for was molding. I laughed it off because I felt bad for her- Home Depot get it together!

We’re looking to do upgrades in one our homes. We visited Home Depot because they have a flooring special currently “purchase more than $499 in carpet and your installation is free”. We scheduled with them for someone to come measure our home for the flooring. We paid $35 for the measuring and that price will go towards the $499 to help with the free install. As we were looking at flooring, we were greeted by a Home Depot staff member that helped us with all our needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. When we return to purchase our flooring to prepare for our install, we’ll definitely look for her. I’ll keep you posted on our experience!

Barry and Neal helped me today. I had met Barry last week when helping me find molding and today helped me with a piece of drywall that wouldn’t fit in my car. These guys are the best!! If you need help… seek out Barry. Help loading?? Neal is your guy! Great service today :)

The customer service deserves a high rating. I had a defective lawn mower. They took a look, confirmed the problem, and dealt with it, by providing a replacement mower. No fuss. Nice.

It was ok Customer service, there was no employee in the Garden section to help lift any heavy bags in the cart. Myself & and older gentlemen were needing help and nobody could be found, I was however able to find someone at checkout to help lift heavy items into my car.

Ordered a mobile workbench from homedepot.com, and it was delivered from this store. I had went the prior day to check this out in person at this store and the one of the floor was damaged. This Home Depot decided it was a good idea to send out the clearly damaged bench anyways. When I contacted to return it, they came and picked it up, but did not return my delivery fee. I called and spoke to a very nice customer service rep at the store, and she put a note for the manager to refund it, but they never have. My Home Depot card only has that delivery fee on it, and it was due 3 days ago. I’m out $85 but I will never be shopping from this Home Depot or any other Home Depot again. 4/26/22 Update: This store did eventually make it right, and get back to me. Updating the review to 2 stars for following through.

Purchased a 72 inch vanity with inside delivery room of choice. Courier-Fast Mile refused to bring it indoors .Contacted Home Depot customer service and they claimed they called the store and worked it out. The store would send some associates over to bring the vanity indoors. The store manager-Tom refused to send associates over despite customer service telling me that the store was committed to make it right. It was then my problem to resolve. Dishonest store manager and deceptive sales practices by Home Depot selling services that they will not honor. Buyer Beware. Would avoid Albermarle Road store in Charlotte NC and certainly not make a purchase if it involves delivery.since made similar purchase at Lowe’s with zero issues.Done with Home Depot.

We love coming here and so do our fur children! We are able to get everything we need to for our projects at a reasonable price in a timely manner! The staff is always kind and helpful. They also give plenty of pets to our sweet fur children!

Summer is here and so is the trip to my local home depot store will increase. I love the staff here, they always guide us to the right direction. But i am more glad when they show us the exact location of the item we are looking for. Its hard to find sometime, needle in a haystack, but their well trained employee makes the job pretty easy. Good job guys. Highly recommend
