Best rug store in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Had a great experience here! I searched high and low for a sectional that fit a very funky living room in a townhome I was moving to and this place happened to have a great piece that was the exact measurements I needed. I wouldn't say the pieces here are the trendiest, but they have a classic/traditional look and you can find what you're looking for at an amazing price. If you're looking for furniture on a budget, I'd highly recommend this place! ~Katie

Ordered a mobile workbench from homedepot.com, and it was delivered from this store. I had went the prior day to check this out in person at this store and the one of the floor was damaged. This Home Depot decided it was a good idea to send out the clearly damaged bench anyways. When I contacted to return it, they came and picked it up, but did not return my delivery fee. I called and spoke to a very nice customer service rep at the store, and she put a note for the manager to refund it, but they never have. My Home Depot card only has that delivery fee on it, and it was due 3 days ago. I’m out $85 but I will never be shopping from this Home Depot or any other Home Depot again. 4/26/22 Update: This store did eventually make it right, and get back to me.
