Had to buy paint for wife's project. Painter suggested this place for paint. I never buy this brand of paint. So we will see if it lasts as long and as well as the last paint did. Service was adequate, seemed very laid back with no motivation. They did have everything that we needed and Andre helped take all 30 plus gallons of paint, out to the truck and loaded it. Points for Andre. Hope the project goes as smoothly. Paint sure has gone up in price, like it's made from gold.

We shopped here twice to get samples, and then buy the paint. Andres helped us both times and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make all our decisions. He also speaks Spanish which was helpful. I highly recommend shopping here, it was a great experience and Andres was awesome.

Just wait your turn. They didn't disappoint. I have been here twice, now since becoming a property manager. I was sent to them from my local SWS. Both times, now they were worth the trip. First time they matched a textured paint for one of my decks. They took great time in slowly testing the color from light to dark til it was a prefectly match. Today Cara, and Sid went above and beyond. My project is restoring a soon to be vacant rental property 2,100sf. Cara was very knowledgeable and helpful with my transaction. If you manage several properties. They can make your life easier. Be sure to ask about company discount. I highly recommend this store for their knowledgeable staff and professional customer service. I was helped by Christian, and he was great! Very personable, patient and helpful. He helped me figure out a custom paint I needed for my apartment which could is only available at certain stores. He was very good at explaining everything to me, reaching out to other stores and overall just being easy to work with. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Great store, great products. Do yourself a favor and try some SW paints, much better quality than the big box brands which stands to reason as paint is all they do.

Worst customer service ever at this Albemarle store. No one wants to help out and they don’t know what is what. Cristian was the only person that was very helpful but was transferred to another store.

Well I know nothing about paint so I had some pretty basic questions and requests and Jorge was helping me out, and he wasn't bothered at all. He was extremely helpful and told me some do's dont's and suggestions. You just don't find employees that go above and beyond these days, thanks for the help!
