The best sandwiches we've had in a long long time. I wish I had got a large. Work on that sanitation score 93.5. Good job crew!

This is the second time I’ve asked for Club Sun with no onions and both times my sandwich had onions. I can’t eat them due to health reasons . Plus I won’t order online anymore. Tried to call and no manager on duty.

What's it going to be Jersey Mike's? Either you're going to have a to go order pick up shelf or you going to keep the orders behind the counter and require your customers to ask for help. (Understaffed? I get it.) That's right ask for help; instead of being greeted when you enter your establishment. Normally, new patrons at other establishments are greeted upon entry; not here, you're staff has zero customer service initiative to say hello, or ask if they are there for a pickup. Meanwhile I have to stand there and wait until I get a glance to initiate a question to see if my to go order is ready or not. 1 of the 3 whole bags on the counter, packed and ready to go, not on the to go shelf. Clearly there needs to be some manners applied to your staff; and better instruction on what you want to do with the pick up orders. Figure it out. Until then my family will not be patronizing your stores.

This place is terrible. They barely put any meat in the sandwiches. I paid for extra meat and did not get it. Every time I come here they do the bare minimum. It’s a shame considering how much these sandwiches cost

This is BY FAR the very best Jersey Mike’s in the area. I’ve been going out of my way to drive to the Mint Hill location because Chuck has such great customer service. He is always friendly and makes you feel like a special customer. He is also fast and efficient and seems to keep the other employees motivated to do a great job. I noticed he excitedly greeted another employee as they started their shift. Give Chuck some kudos and a raise for going above and beyond every time!

I love Jersey Mike's as a great default sandwich shop. There are a few I go to but this location in Mint Hill is the one I visit the most. The staff is always good, not necessarily great but good overall. The sandwiches are consistent and my orders have always been correct.

Food is great, staff is nice, but communication is ehhhhh. Standing there waiting for over 20 minutes on a sandwich that apparently had already been cooked but was left on the far end of the kitchen area. Fully staffed, so not a matter of not having enough workers. We saw people getting their food that came in 15 minutes after we had ordered. Then when there's no one left in line they ignore us until we finally ask where the sandwich was. I guess it's just best to order online, seems to get priority.

I’m a little late in posting this but wanted to give a huge thanks to Jersey Mike’s in Mint Hill for supplying our lunch on June 26 for our walk to help defeat ALS, our son was diagnosed with this terrible disease November 2020, we held the ALS a walk in his honor at Veterans Memorial Park, Jersey Mikes was awesome and donated 23 boxed sandwiches for our participants in the walk! The subs were delicious and everyone was saying how good they were! So here’s a BIG THANKS to them for the support, PLEASE make sure you support them also and go grab yourself a delicious sub! The guys & gals that work at this location are personable & still know how to smile!!! These days its hard to find a place with good quality food & atmosphere but for a sub joint this place has it all. There are many locations but this one puts those to shame!!!!!
