I'm updating my 2018 5-star review. Customer service has declined (a lot). The old employees of the store's first 5/6 years are gone. The new ones are more occupied with their phones and lack any training. They don't know how to say good morning or have a good day. They need to be re-trained, all of them. If you have to use the restroom, you will find that men's urinals do not flush, water is coming out of only one of the two faucets, the counter is dirty, mirrors are dirty, the floor is sticky, and the trash can is overflowing with lots of paper around on the floor. I should have taken pictures. Shopping carts are old and in dire need of repair, or at least some paint. A product with no barcode at the self checkout? Good luck with that if you need someone to come and fix the problem. You can wave, the 'Help is coming' blinking light will be on, but employees will be either distracted or far from the attendant post, so you'll just have to wait or cancel the transaction. There are other grocery stores around and the difference in lighting, cleanliness and service is abysmal. I do hope things will change soon; otherwise I will have to seriously consider taking my business somewhere else.

The couple of times I have been here I’ve been disappointed. I typically come in around 8:30 before work. I literally work across the street. I’m always in the produce section. And every time I have came in the salad bar has not been ready mind you the sign says it opens at 8am and something seems to always be missing. Either the lettuce, dressings, or even the boxed plates to put the salad in. Everything else is alright no complaints. I just go ahead an order a salad from zaxbys across the street. Pizza here is decent and I love their subs you can also order them on line and pick up.

I love this HT location. Online orders are always right, employees always friendly, the store is always clean. I only encountered one issue…my online deli order was not ready at the requested time. The manager (Karla) was nearby and overheard me state this to the employee over the counter. She immediately asked another deli employee to check the system to see if it was working, which it was not (possibly due to power outage). She apologized for the inconvenience, although it was the weather's fault…Lol. My deli order was free of charge. I recommend this location to anyone 😊.

There are 4 stores closer to me than this one... But I still go to this one. Kind store and pharmacy staff and always fresh food.

Store is clean and the produce department is flawless. The seafood area had a cooler stop working so the store smelled of bad fish. They apologized as they cleaned the cooler out.

Lady was very rude in deli!! She made my sandwich terribly bad. Along with a bad attitude she kept slamming the container lids and throwing the items on the bread! Will never shop here for anything again!

Cashier seemed to have an attitude. As a long-standing, loyal HT customer, my grocery shopping is now divided. The store associates working tonight did not make us feel welcomed as the Publix does.

Normally I would rave about HT.. yet the pharmacy is less then desirable. The clerks are rude. Not the first time! Getting my mom to change pharmacy. No one should treat people like that.

The subs are always hit or miss. It's rare to have a good sandwich maker actually make your sub at any Harris Teeter and yesterday was no exception. I asked for mayo and she forgot to until I reminded her and then she added a bunch of horseradish sauce instead. The bread was just ok. Quality of the veggies just ok Publix was closed for Easter and I was reminded why their subs are consistently better there.
