Amazing assistant manager who helped me with a special order. Sarah went above and beyond what most people would have done; she was thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. We need more people like Sarah interfacing with the public. She gets 5 stars from me!!

Everyone is always super nice. A couple people recognize us now and always say hi to my baby

Was a pretty store but was a little bit hard navigating as long as you don't mind a little higher pricing , also vacuum tube delivery for the pharmacy it seemed like a bank.I didn't use personally but it's definitely working.

This Harris Teeter always seems to be out of stuff and does not carry some things that the HT off Williams does, but still like it more than most the other local marts

This is a great location to shop at for groceries. The staff are very friendly and don't push masks which Is such a relief. I prefer to breathe fresh air and to see people smile. I recommend this location for shopping.

I’ve been visiting this HT location lately because of convenience. I’m not sure anymore if it’s worth the risks you take entering there. The big signs on the doors clearly read “Masks are Required” but the staff and especially management at this store don’t care and don’t require them. There are too many rude anti-maskers and staff in this store. I get it—there are going to be those few people who are going to resist the rules because they are selfish and/or ignorant but the management supports this mentality and doesn’t enforce the policy. I’ve been screamed at by unmasked “Karens” when I politely asked them to please step away from me until my order was completed (both times at the deli counter). One day when leaving the store there were 3 HT guys (1 was the manager) unmasked and chatting/laughing while blocking the exit door completely ignoring or not caring what they were doing. When I finally got their attention they were slow to move and acting like I was inconveniencing them. Yesterday, Jan 7, the older guy (employee) making the pizzas was totally unmasked and coughing on the food. Disgusting. The majority of customers do wear masks, it’s the minority causing the issues and putting the rest of us at risk. The anti-maskers and anti-vaccine people are the reason this COVID pandemic continues and is again worsening. If HT management isn’t going to follow and enforce their own rules then put signs on the doors telling customers that “HT doesn’t care about customer safety—Enter at your own risk.”

Nice clean store. Doesn't accept Apple or Android pay and the salad bar in is very minimal. Salad bar should have a greater selection and a major chain in the Triangle should accept Apple and Android pay.

We were excited to have a store close by again after the Kroger closed, but this Harris Teeter is really just okay. I'd almost rather just drive a little further to the one on W William St. So many times I have found the sell by dates to be very marginal, the selection to be poor and the staff to be ignorant to where things are. I've noticed they just stack repetitive rows of duplicate items in the cases to fill the shelves. One time I asked the store manager where the naan was and he said Harris Teeter doesn't carry it anymore...when I said that was strange because it's a common item he had to call someone to find out where it was...it was literally 15 feet away from where we were standing. The freshly baked bread selection is pitiful and when I asked to have a loaf sliced the girl went to the back and loudly grumbled about the "old" apparently inefficient slicer. I've never asked again to have anything sliced. Pretty much, we've just started shopping at Wegmans for our big trip and popping into this store for this and that.

Delightful to have Harris Teeter and its brightly remodeled store open for business. All the things you expect, and a few nice surprises, are here. The customer service was great during my visit today and the check-out clerk reminded me about the gas points.
